Rossella was the most fantastic host - great communication, easy access, located close to train station. The accommodation was impeccable with lots of Rosella's personal touches. Rossella even provided snacks and Netflix English was available.

Excellent acccommodation close to railway station

Lovely single room with en-suite bathroom. Very clean, secure, warm and comfortable. Rossella was a friendly, helpful and generous host. The patisserie next door was also perfect for a light breakfast with delicious pastries.

Good idea to have an italian breackfast at the cafeteria from downstairs. Rosella is great, she is more than helpful with advice and everything.

Is not a negative thing, just the translation of the indications can sometimes not be very accurate. The parking is on the street, under the window, not under the house as in the indications. I made a second turn around trying to find the entrance.

Really convenient location, literally 5 min from the train station so it was perfect for visiting Cinque Terre. Cosy room and Rossella was great, we appreciated her tips and advice.

The soundproofing could be better, our room was opposite the main door so we could hear every time people walked in/out.

Perfect room for a solo traveler

The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. I came in the middle of Ferragosto, so I like that the AC worked excellently and powerfully. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of clean towels. The host was friendly and shared with me local suggestions for visiting places.

If you're super a big and tall person, take into consideration that the bed is small.

Perfect stay with a perfect host!

Rosella is available for any question, everything is well explained prior arrival. The room was amazing and nicely decorated. Location was idea to take the train. Thank you again Rosella ♥️

Very good would stay again

LOVED the A/C it was definitely needed in the summer weather. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. WiFi and breakfast tickets to amazing bakery downstairs provided. Mini fridge for use. Rossella was very communicative and very sweet, sent a step by step video on how to check in.

Only thing is bed was not very comfortable and about 5am the boards holding up the mattress collapsed.

The host Rossella was sooo nice and super friendly. We only stayed for the night but anyway if we needed something, she helped a lot. We also got hints about nearby restaurants. The room was very clean. If anyone wants to stay in the room instead of walking arount town there is netflix on tv 😁

Great BnB experience

Staff were amazing and looked after my friend and I well!! We had a nice view, and the location was a nice walk to restaurants and very close to train station making it easy to go to the Cinque Terre towns.

Nice room and friendly owner!

The room was nicely decorated by the owner who loved cats and dogs. The room was spacious for two, well-designed and comfortable. In addition, it was clean and lovely for the owner to provide some snacks. Owner was responsive and we communicated via WhatsApp before and during my stay. The breakfasts included were at two nearby locations - convenient and good.

Not an issue for us, but just info for the rest of the travelers: no lift so you need to carry up your luggage.

Rosella, the lady who was in contact with me, was super friendly and gave me plenty of information in advance and during my stay. The room is big, airy and very clean.

Going up the stairs with a suitcase. I was told in advance there was no lift but I didn't pay attention to that information. Luckily I wasn't carrying a heavy suitcase. That for me was a bit inconvenient owing to my own health limitations. It is not every day I can carry a suitcase upstairs. I could do so during my stay and all went well.

Super stay in La Spezia

Easy walking distance to the railway station. Clean and comfortable room with fresh fluffy towels, kettle,mini fridge, hairdryer, safe and tv. There is a communal area with information about La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, microwave, coffee machine with coffee pods provided and then also fruit and cake just in case you are hungry on arrival. Our host Rossella was super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again should we return to La Spezia.

The room was super comfortable. It had a lot of amenities - such as free snacks, or a big TV with Netflix. The location is near the city center and close to the train station to 5 terre. The hostess was very welcoming and super helpful, and also available on the phone.

The room was on the first floor with no elevator. The free parking was not close (but in a walking distance, 5-10 minutes in total)

A charming and pleasant hotel that is all one big smile.

Since La Spezia is a base for trips to the Cinque Terre, we chose this hotel, which is located right next to the train station from where trips to the area depart. There is parking close to the hotel which is very necessary. Beyond that, the stay there was beyond all our expectations. The landlady Rosella was so lovely and helpful with everything. This small hotel is charming, clean, well-equipped and simply pleasant. Simply a great pleasure. Grazie dal profondo del mio cuore Rosella.
