We did not stay here, the manager changed our apartment, to La Camere di Teo 1: Few streets towards the train station because the apartment was very dusty. So i will rate the other apartment.
1. Amazing location next to the train station and old town.
2.The manager/contact person was very helpful, and solved our problem immediately.
3. The apartments had many doors and layers for safety and were newly renovated.
4. Good price compared to everything else nearby
had booked this apartment, but unfortunately it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and was very dusty. I had to carry all my stuff back in the car (which is a long way in the heat) luckily the contact person was extremely helpful and found us another room few street away, which was much cleaner.
The best parking garage around is about 15min walk distance.

The property is located close to the train station. Check-in was easy with a code. There was a WhatsApp contact for any questions.
To start with, the room felt overpriced and it wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival - the toilet had visible dirt inside, floors were sticky, the kettle was covered in limescale and its mesh filter was dirty with dark elements. The balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The room wasn’t refreshed during our stay either. Apart from that, the main light kept going off automatically, even if you were in the room, and toiletries were limited to tiny sachets, with not enough provided. We also nearly run out of toilet paper by the end. Last but not least, loud vacuuming in the hall started early in the morning and a staff member nearly entered our room without knocking to bring more toiletries while we were still asleep which was very uncomfortable.

Located only 400m from the train station, and close to the main centre was in great location, accommodation was clean and spacious with window opening into small balcony, comfortable bed. The rooms are on the 5th floor which can be accessed by stairs or a lift. We took a bit of time to find, you go to level 1 in the lift which is the 5th floor and turn right and right then up one more set of stairs.
Tea and coffee making facilities, you will need your own coffee and tea but there is small supermarket at the corner as well as a caffe. Carrefore express is just along from the station also.
The room has a small fridge to store water and milk.
Lots of restaurants and shops within 5 - 10 minute walk.
We also visited Cinque Terre for the day, which was easy as the first village is only around 7 minutes on the train.
The host is ready available for any questions you may have.

The proximity to station, was a fairly easy walk, about 300 metres. Met at the door to the premises and shown around by Carmine, who was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. The room is bright and airy with good air conditioning and a small balcony. There is a small fridge , kettle , safe and put you up bed as well as the main double bed, which was comfortable , the pillows were too fat for our liking. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good repair. There was an adjoining door presumably to another room. The location on Corso Cavour is ideal , however be aware that this street is 1.5 km long and it takes a good 25 minutes to walk to the harbour for boat trips to Cinque Terre and to restaurants and shops .
Note to other guests, there are five steps up to the lift , and ten steps after the lift to get into the apartment. It is a very old building and there is no alternative as the apartment is four floors up. Once inside the apartment there is one step into the bathroom. It didn’t worry us, but people with mobility issues or large pieces of luggage may struggle with access.

Loved the location, it was perfect for us as we were using it as base to cinque terra ( 5 villages ) which was the purpose of the trip so it’s about a 5 minute walk to the train station, felt super safe which is a massive thing for me and was overall a really cosy and comfortable stay for us both. The owner went above and beyond for us to make sure it was the best stay and that goes along way. Had the cutest balcony too that over looked the streets.
There’s nothing we didn’t like, was perfect for us.

Did not include breakfast so this was ok for us as there was a local bar at the corner.
Location was good, close to the train station
Room sizes were ok. The only regret is not being the first to use the shower. There was a total of 8 of us and hot water lacked.

Good location, just a 10 min flat walk from La Spezia Centrale train station. Very clean. It has a great bar/caffe downstairs for having a quick Italian breakfast.
The soundproofing of the windows could be better.

Simple, clean, convenient, no fuss and reasonable size accommodation. A room within a converted apartment, so one of 3 rooms all situated in a huge block, allegedly the oldest in La Spezia. Very adequate, no thrills room. It was rather like being on the set of a 1950’s Italian movie, with the faint sound of family chatter in the background (in the central hallway).
It was fine for what it was. Some people with vertigo may find the approach from the lift to the apartment a little tricky.

It's nearby the La Spieza Central Train Station. It's a good start off point if you want to visit to Cinque Terre. It's also 20 mins walking to La Spieza City Center. The room was spacious, newly renovated and very clean. We had a balcony and a good sunrise view every morning. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to checked in earlier. The beds are really comfortable therefore, we always had a great sleep in the evenings.
We didnt have a place or an area to hang our swimming stuff to dry. It would be nice to have them. And the elevator is tiny but it does its job.

Great location only 7 minutes from train station to Cinque Terre ... or anywhere in Italy!!!

The apartment is located in an interesting apartment house quite close to the train station and therefore is perfect if you want to go for a trip to Cinque Terre. It is also very close to the city center with a lot of restaurants. The parking places directly on the street are only for residents or for a short-term parking, but there was a big parking lot for free with multiple free parking places in a walking distance of 10 minutes (Piazza d'armi). The apartment was comfortable with a nice bathroom and air conditioning.
The internet connection did not really work during our stay, but we had our own data in the phones, so it was not really a problem. The availability of plates and cutlery was very limited.

Nice apartment in a gorgeous building. Clean and spacious for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the big teddy bear in the room. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the train station and about 20 minutes to the harbour. Parking in the area a nightmare but we were lucky to find a spot very close to the apartment and it wasn't too expensive. We arrived in La Spezia earlier than planned and with very little notice could check in early. We thought that was very accommodating of the owner.
The air conditioners didn't work properly and one of them dripped water on the floor. They were also very loud (I had to sleep with ear plugs). There was a fridge in the apartment and a microwave but no plates, bowls or cutlery. As we were travelling with young children we would have liked to at least have been able to eat breakfast in the apartment. On an information sheet in the apartment it stated that the apartment would be checked every two days if for instance towels or glasses needed to be changed but that didn't happen.

The location is quite central and close to the station. The room itself was nice, with an air- conditioner and a cute balcony.
We stayed for four days and there was no internet in the hotel. The owner meant that allegedly the problem was the internet company itself. It was still very inconvenient, no alternative was suggested.

Location was great, nearby the train station to 5 Terre and about 15 minutes walk to the sea. Many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and renovated, they include a nice small balcony. Free parking is about 5-10minutes walk. We had a very nice stay in La Spezia.

The property is very new, very clean in a quiet street. It is very close to the station and you can go by feet to catch the train for Cinqueterre. I would highly recommend it.

Cama e chuveiros bons.

Pokój przyjemny, wyposażony w zestaw do herbaty, mikrofalówkę, lodówkę i klimatyzację, którą można też dogrzewać. Łazienka czysta. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, okolica jest cicha, blisko do dworca kolejowego i sklepów.
Brakowało nam podstawowego zestawu sztućców, dwóch talerzy, deski do krojenia.
