Nice, very clean, recently refurbished apartment, with beautiful La Spezia View. Reasonable price. No key, easy access. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious, bright, quiet and well decorated.

It was a bit far away from the city center. But in a way, that was also part of the appeal.

Worst ever!!!!

The host was helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this accommodation for two nights with my pregnant wife, and it was by far the worst experience we've ever had. The bed was incredibly noisy with every movement, making it impossible to get any rest actually the bed was broken. The room itself was not clean—dirty coffee cups, a coffee machine with a used capsule still inside, and water that smelled rotten. My wife ended up getting sick because of the unsanitary conditions. We couldn’t sleep at all during our stay, and the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance was missing.

Nice space overall, spacious, clean, cozy beds. The view were good. The host was very responsive.

Walking up the hill after a long day of sightseeing was tiring, be prepare if you're carrying heavy bags or traveling with young kids.

Posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa, struttura silenziosa; self check-in rapido e comodo, gestore sempre disponibile a rispondere in caso di bisogno.

Un po' di difficoltà a fissare le ante esterne delle finestre, per il resto tutto ok.

El alojamiento está genial. Tal cual aparece en las fotos. Camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Zona tranquila; se puede ir andando a la estación de tren a 15 min y al centro en 30 min.

Está en una colina, hay que subir un par de cuestas para llegar. Pero por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Lugar limpo e que acomoda bem uma família de quatro pessoas jovens.

Gostamos dos quartos, para acomodar um casal e dois filhos atendeu perfeitamente.

De não conter aviso no banheiro sobre as trocas das toalhas. Serem realizadas apenas se o hóspede for ficar mais de três diárias. Ainda bem que depois que eu questionei este fato o responsável providenciou. E de não conter pelo menos uma garrafa de água de cortesia. Já que chegamos cansados depois de uma boa caminhada até a propriedade.
