Bonito y limpio alojamiento en la Spezia.
Camas cómodas y habitaciones amplias.
Está a 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren central.
Está alejado del puerto aunque hay autobuses urbanos a 3 minutos andando que te dejan al lado (hasta las 8 de la noche)
La mayoría de comida/bebida que te dejaba el dueño en el apartamento era de pago (lo especificaba en la hoja pero al principio los ves allí y piensas que te los puedes comer/beber sin coste)

Todo, sentíamos que tenía suelo radiante.
Las almohadas y las camas súper cómodas, las lámparas de las mesillas tenían para cargar directamente, enchufando el cable.
Todo muy moderno y cerca de la estación.
Que el secador no funcionaba

We had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is impeccably clean, located in a quiet area, and the view is truly superb. The atmosphere is relaxing, ideal for a few days of rest.
Although it is a bit of a walk to the city center, it was not an inconvenience for us. However, it is important to note that access involves a slight uphill climb, and the building does not have an elevator, which may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
The hosts were kind and responsive, and communication went very smoothly throughout our stay. The apartment is well organized and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
In terms of comfort, the single beds in the apartment are more suitable for shorter individuals. On the other hand, the double bed is excellent – the mattress is very comfortable and ensures a good night’s sleep.
Overall, it is a very good choice for those looking for peace, cleanliness, and a beautiful view, even if it requires a bit of effort to get there – but honestly, the view more than makes up for it.
