Un lugar muy bonito

La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda.Un gran detalle el poder poner tu cuenta de Netflix en la tele. Con una cafetera en la habitación con café. 10 min caminando hasta una hermosa cala para bañarte.El personal muy amable y atento.El desayuno muy rico y variado.

No hay posibilidad de almorzar o cenar en el hotel.

Great for a long stay if you are driving

The staff were excellent. Helped us with our electric car and gave us a tour around the apartment. The beach was only a short walk but it was a quite steep road, there is how ever a shuttle bus that takes you back to the hotel.

Hot water didn’t stay on for the longest but that’s it.

Ottima accoglienza! La struttura é vicinissima alla spiaggia e offre un servizio di navetta gratuito per la salita dal ritorno dalla spiaggia. Struttura carina, anche se la stanza nel complesso é piuttosto piccola. Tutto il personale gentilissimo, anche durante la prima colazione un ottimo servizio!

Lo Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione abbondante e variegata.

Là struttura sebbene molto carina, purtroppo molto distante dal centro, che non è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, i quali anche se gratuiti (navetta linea verde) non rispettava gli orari e saltava le corse anche per più di un’ora.

Relax e ospitalità

La posizione della struttura è ottima per accedere facilmente alla baia blu. L'appartamento con il giardino grande è ben realizzato, sia internamente che esternamente con tavolo e sedie sotto gli ulivi, giardino recintato e giuste proporzioni interne degli spazi. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto disponibile e competente nonostante abbia prenotato per sbaglio la camera e non l'appartamento; risolto con upgrade + differenza di prezzo, salvandoci la mini vacanza. In generale siamo stati molto bene! Il signore alla reception è molto in gamba e risolve le cose in maniera professionale e cortese. La ragazza addetta alle colazioni è sempre sorridente e anch'essa molto professionale, come il resto dello staff, il che, non è cosa da poco in Liguria (Ve lo dico da ligure). Colazione veramente ottima, vasta scelta di prodotti dal dolce al salato, vastità di the, yogurt kefir alla spina, marmellate, dolci, uova, formaggi etc. Parcheggio incluso gratuito, wifi, lavatrice e servizio navetta gratuito per la baia blu. Sicuramente consiglierei la struttura. Grazie

Il prezzo è un po' sopra la media, ma c'è da dire che si è veramente a 2 minuti a piedi alla baia blu. L'unica cosa che si potrebbe dire è che alcuni elettrodomestici sono un po' antiquati, da battaglia, però è solo un'osservazione che non inficia sul soggiorno.

Sehr gut für Autoreisende

Ausgezeichnetes, abwechslungsreiches und sehr leckeres Frühstück, nettes Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Hoteleigener Parkplatz, ideal für Autoreisende. Natur und Grün rundherum, wunderschöner, abgelegener Strand. Schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht hier verbracht habe.

Die Abgeschiedenheit des Ortes von den Dörfern ist für die Erholung eher ein Pluspunkt, aber um zum Abendessen ins Restaurant zu gelangen, muss man entweder mit dem Bus oder dem eigenen Auto fahren, was nicht immer praktisch ist. In der Hochsaison war der Strand tagsüber sehr überfüllt, aber morgens ist er einfach herrlich. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man den Berg hinunter und wieder hinauf gehen. Für einen Schweizer ist das aber kaum etwas Besonderes, außerdem organisiert das Hotel einen Shuttle. Das mobile Internet funktionierte nicht überall auf dem Gelände und am Strand, aber das WLAN im Zimmer war ausgezeichnet. Sehr kleiner Balkon.

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und hellhörigen Zimmern.

Ausgezeichnete Lage für einen Badeurlaub am Strand. Auch das Stadtzentrum von Lerici ist mit kostenlosem Bus gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Frühstück beinhaltet wenige vegetarische / vegane Optionen. Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein. Leider hört man viele Geräusche vom Gang und den anderen Zimmern.

Posizione, tranquilla con accesso al mare in 10 minuti a piedi e parcheggio incluso. Staff sempre presente, super disponibile. Colazione ricca e varia.

La struttura è tenuta molto bene ma è un po’ priva di personalità, classico stile riviera anni 90.

Der Strand ist sehr schön und macht richtig Spaß zum Baden. Außerdem ist er nicht so überfüllt.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, und der Ablauf war hervorragend organisiert. Gutes Frühstück, alles war vorhanden.

Der Kühlschrank war zu laut, deshalb musste ich ihn vom Stromnetz trennen. Der Weg von etwa 300 m zu Fuß hinunter zum Strand ist machbar. Für ältere Personen oder Menschen mit Prothesen, wie ich selbst, ist der Rückweg jedoch kaum zu bewältigen. Laut Beschreibung ist ein Shuttle-Service vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es diesen Service jedoch noch nicht, er sollte erst ab dem 15.06. in Betrieb gehen. Trotzdem wurde unser Problem gelöst, und wir konnten für 10 € am Tag mit dem Auto unten parken. Die 10 € wurden bei der Abreise nicht berechnet – dafür möchte ich mich herzlich beim gesamten Personal bedanken.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage!

Frühstück war sehr üppig, abwechslungsreich und ausreichend! Kaffee vom Automat war gratis, hat uns aber nicht so geschmeckt, konnten aber einen Cappuccino, Espresso .....oder ähnliches extra Bestellen, musste man aber bezahlen. War völlig in Ordnung und sehr gut!

Quasi tutto perfetto

La colazione ottima molto varia e di buona qualità. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, la struttura bella e ordinata, posizione perfetta vicina al mare. Apprezzata parecchio la presenza del parcheggio e la disponibilità verso gli animali (il mio gatto si è sentito a casa)

La stanza non aveva un buon odore (nonostante la presenza di un profumatore) non so se per l'umidità che si notava anche da alcune tracce di muffa sulle pareti o se perché prima di noi in stanza forse c'era stato un fumatore

Goede ligging naar het strand en ook voor ons bezoek aan Cinque Terre. Een fantastisch ontbijt. En behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

Dovendo spostarci per visitare le 5 terre, la struttura era a pochi minuti da La Spezia dove abbiamo preso il treno, soddisfatti per il garage coperto, la casa era vicinissima alla spiaggia(anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito) ed era fornita di ogni comfort(macchina caffè, lavatrice, coperte, cucina completa di tutto, stendibiancheria, diversi posti letto, biancheria da letto e da bagno, accessori da bagno).

Una scoperta piacevole, come essere a casa!

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare qui due notti, sia con la nostra cagnolona sia con la nostra bimba di 1 anno. Il personale molto accogliente, la colazione davvero abbondante e varia, la signora che la serve è davvero di una dolcezza e gentilezza unica. Tutto lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, a modo e accogliente. Ci è piaciuto molto il fatto che sia stato possibile lasciare la nostra cagnolona in stanza (è brava e non abbaia in nostra assenza), siamo stati nella spiaggia sottostante il residence: scenario bellissimo. Una bella scoperta, sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione per altri weekend lunghi 🤗❤️

Hotel liegt oberhalb einer Bucht - nichts für eingeschränkte Reisende, welche nicht gut zu Fuß sind! Kein Meerblick- gibt es nur für Appartement ab 4 Tage Buchung ! Liegt abseits der Stadt Terence und ist mit Auto 🚙 nur zu erreichen! Der Strand ist klein und geteilt in öffentlichen Bereich und bezahlten Bereich

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr bemüht, das Frühstück italienische - aber freundliche Mitarbeiterin Parkplatz vor der Haustüre, ohne Auto aber auch nicht zu erreichen/empfehlen.

Man hat der Anlage angemerkt, dass sie erst „auswintern“ (1.Mai) - der gartenbewuchs war sehr üppig daher manche wege noch nicht zu nutzen. Ein bisserl in die Jahre gekommen. Liegt zwischen La Spezia und Lerici, ohne gute Anbindung da und dorthin

We chose for beach location. The beach was very unkempt, strewn with rubbish and felt eerie. The complex was in ruin and mostly closed down. The drive there was not for the faint hearted. It was on a bus route we didn’t use the buses so can’t comment. The patio off the apartment was extremely run down as the rest of the surrounding areas were. The bed was very uncomfortable. The front of house gentleman was very helpful and friendly as was the manager. Booked for 4 nights but left after 2. Not sure how others have given it such good reviews. I would not recommend this hotel .

There is no restaurant near by. You have to drive 4-7km for a restaurant and in Lerici you don’t find parking. ZTL is another issue in Lerici.

La camera trovata molto accogliente, con bagno comodissimo, utile la presenza di un piccolo frigorifero. Giardino annesso con un tavolino e sedie. Superlativa la ricca colazione con dolce e salato, nota di merito alla signora del bar per la sua professionalità nella gestione. Complimenti all'accoglienza che mi è stata messa a disposizione al momento dell'arrivo. Ci sono state fornite molte utili informazioni per potersi spostare dalla struttura, e data la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto all'interno del garage del residence.

Этот отель - настоящая находка! располагается в потрясающе красивом месте - в закрытом красивом заливе. песчаный пляж, бирюзовое море, горы - и богатая инфраструктура отеля: взрослый и детские бассейны, шезлонги, кафе и пр. Наличие парковки - большой плюс. номер просторный, удобный, с хорошей косметикой и чистым свежим ремонтом. Завтрак - отличный. Мадам, которая готовила и подавала завтрак - большое спасибо за гостеприимство и такие вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Персонал - очень внимательный и доброжелателен. В отеле очень хорошая и приятная атмосфера. Искренне рекомендую этот отель! В летний сезон здесь шикарно!

Chambre spacieuse avec jardinet/terrasse, très agréable. Globalement propre. Petit déjeuner varié et pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est super sympa et sait communiquer. Les 2 dames sont très gentilles et le monsieur de l'accueil est génial, il fait l'effort de discuter avec vous même s'il a des difficultés dans votre langue. Nous avons voyagé avec nos 2 chiens et ils ont été très bien accueillis, jamais le personnel ne nous a fait sentir qu'ils dérangeaient et ils ont été gâtés en caresses 🫶 (merci à la dame qui a dû ramasser les balles de nos chiens chaque matin pour faire le ménage et mis la peluche assise, c'était trop mignon)

Petit bémol pour la propreté sous le frigo. Les chiens sont acceptés à l'hôtel mais pas à la plage de l'hôtel.

Wonderful stay

Lovely little hotel, with extremely nice and welcoming people. We had a room with a little garden … just lovely. Breakfast has a lot of choice and you can have your breakfast on a little pateo outside. Highly recommended. We would choose it again if coming back.
