A short but enjoyable stay.
The hotel is beautifuuly located, My room was small but quite adequate for one person. The breakfast was excellent.

Good view
The hallways and general areas around the hotel need a good deep clean. They haven’t been mopped in a long while. The room floor and countertops were sticky and dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Really poor. The walls and general maintenance is a lot to be desired. This wasn’t a cheap stay and it kept disappointing. I asked for an iron, which was the only one they had but it was broken, so it spurted steam out all over my hand when using it. Asked for a blanket or duvet as the sheets were paper thin. It seems they were very difficult to come by. No idea what would happen in the winter. Soundproofing was awful and could hear noise and really loud music in the town and street until 1am. Parking is 800m from the property. With bags and bad weather I would have appreciated if this was better advertised. This hotel could be awesome but poor management and cleaning is really letting it down.

Great location, met our needs, but overpriced
The location can’t be beaten. We weren’t sure whether to stay in Lerici or San Terenzo and this was the perfect half-way (sort of) point. The room was bright, it had great air conditioning, we got a fresh bath mat every day and even though we were at the back of the hotel our view was still nice (greenery and other properties).
While the room and property met our needs, overall it wasn’t great value for money and the rooms are dated. We paid over 1000€ for 5 nights in July for a room that didn’t have a sea view and no breakfast included. For that, we got a room with twin beds pushed together to make a double, the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped, the bidet had a hair in it (!), the door doesn’t automatically lock, there’s no floor length mirror and the door to the room scratched along the floor every time you opened it.

Location and view were amazing. Quiet at night and good bed. Breakfast was great.
No fridge in the room. Would be nice if the awning on the balcony worked to shade from afternoon sun.
