Andrea and his family are amazing, clean and modern room + bathroom
Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely family, they offered us all kinds of foods and wine and we had a fun conversation. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Airco was also very nice.
The streets to get to the property can be tricky but definitely doable.

Net verblijf in een erg mooi en gezellig plaatsje
We zijn hier drie nachten geweest en was een fijn verblijf. Allereerst een leuke familie die het verhuurt en alles netjes geregeld. De kamer is ruim genoeg en goede badkamer met bad. Met de gratis bus of een taxi is het prima naar en van Lerici/ San Terenzo te komen. Tip: ga een avondje eten en/of haal een koffietje bij local restaurant Bar Tabacchi La Piazzetta. Is op een paar min lopen, leuke mensen en erg lekker eten.

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso!
Camera spaziosa, luminosa, dotata di tutti i confort e inserita in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo. Pulizia impeccabile e il proprietario Andrea - unitamente alla sua famiglia - si è mostrato disponibile per ogni esigenza, con suggerimenti preziosi su luoghi e ristornati. Tornerò sicuramente! Lo consiglio vivamente.

Schönes Appartement mit besonderen Gastgebern
Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb von Lerici und damit absolut ruhig gelegen . Sie war sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Andrea der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alles. Seine Mutter die im Nebenhaus wohnt ist jederzeit ansprechbar und herzlich. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
Vielleicht ist die Lage für jemanden der mehr Trubel braucht nicht ideal.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Das Zimmer ist sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und die Besitzerin ist unglaublich freundlich und auch Hunde-freundlich! Der Weg ins Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß machbar, ein schöner Weg und nach oben ist die gratis Fahrt mit der Linea Verde möglich! Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Ci è piaciuto tutto anche se il nostro soggiorno è stato breve..Lerici la conoscevamo già, ma soggiornare in questa struttura ci ha permesso di godere della tranquillità di cui avevamo bisogno per staccare la spina...è immerso nel verde, fuori dal caos e dal via vai delle auto...si può raggiungere Lerici con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti oppure con una comoda navetta gratuita che passa ogni 30 minuti... Pulizia davvero impeccabile. Lenzuola e asciugamani suuuuper profumate e morbide..gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari
