Das Zimmer war in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuschend: • Starker Essensgeruch aus dem Restaurant zog hinein. • Die Zimmertüre war sehr dünn, insgesamt war es extrem hellhörig. • Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht durch Klopfen an unserer Tür geweckt. • Es gab keinen persönlichen Empfang durch die Unterkunft. • Die WC-Spülung lief ununterbrochen. • Preis für 150.-/Nacht stimmte überhaupt nicht.

Very quaint room which must have been a kitchen at one point as it had two very old marble sinks. Excellent working and quiet air conditioning unit.

Close to the center, spacious and clean room in an old building. Friendly owner. No parking available as it is in the old town.

A bit noisy, you could hear everything what‘s happening on the street. Specially if anyone was carrying any luggage or anything heavy.

I love to come back this beautiful city but wouldn't stay this hotel

Location, in the heart of the city. Although there is no parking for visitors in the city, the location is perfect, close to the square and the beach. What a beautiful city! The only parking available is a 30 minute walk away. The host they are friendly and hospitable.

The room. It is in an old building and has not been renovated. The bathroom is old and smells like sewer. The bathroom door did not close, so we had to smell the sewer all night. The toilet water dripped all night and the shower also smelled like sewer. There is no soundproofing in the wall, we heard people talking and walking above and around us all night. We could not sleep at all. The sheet was clean, but the pillowcases were not. We smell someone's sweat. How disgusting.

La colazione non era prevista La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da piazza Garibaldi dove c'è la fermata dell'autobus che porta a La Spezia. Massimiliano, l'host, è una persona gentilissima e accogliente. Ci ha anche informato che se avessimo cenato nel suo ristorante che si trova accanto alla porta d'entrata della struttura ricettiva, ci avrebbe fatto il 10% di sconto. Fra l'altro abbiamo mangiato benissimo in una location romantica e rilassante quale è il verdeggiante giardino interno in cui fra l'altro c'è un bellissimo glicine. Consiglierei a chiunque questo posto. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e spaziosa. Grazie Massimiliano per come tieni ai tuoi ospiti.

Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere, specialmente se si ha qualche giorno in più per soggiornare.

La posizione centralissima permette di godere di tutte le bellezze (tante) di Lerici. Gentilissima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del host Massimiliano e di tutto lo staff. Abbiamo trovato la camera confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Un punto di eccellenza è il ristorante: cucina di pesce veramente ottima, con notevole varietà di piatti; servizio veramente cortese ed efficiente da parte del personale. Di grande attrattiva il giardino interno al locale, con piante vetuste di pregio.

L'unico neo è l'assenza di parcheggi in prossimità e il costo giornaliero non indifferente di quelli pubblici. Tuttavia, sopperisce abbastanza bene il servizio navette.

Essendo in pieno centro di Lerici, non c'è possibilità di parcheggiare i vicini alla struttura, la nostra camera non era proprio al top scarico del WC faceva rumori di notte, mentre ci si faceva la doccia si allargava tutto perché l'acqua non scendeva scarico intasato, ante dell'armadio mancanti, capisco che stiamo parlando di palazzine molto datate ma servirebbe una bella sistemata almeno alle cose che ho elencato.

Good location.

The information before arrival was poor. The breakfast was included, but it was hard to find out where can we have it, finally it was a bar nearby and there was only a 5 EUR/person ticket, it was not very comfortable, with the poor communication. the bathroom was not very clean. It was hard to find parking place in the whole town.

Superb

White Lerici is a very good boutique hotel. The localization is excellent, in a strict centre and 3 minutes to the beach. The room was cosy and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no park place, but that is an attribute of whole centre of Lerici. The owners were communicative and polite. Breakfast was served in nearby bar. The meals was rather modest, but tasty. Bar had a nice vibe and was visited by locals. I will be happy to visit this place again!

Lovely hotel in an ideal location

It was located perfectly and the staff was very kind. The room was clean, pretty, spacious and nicely air conditioned. The food at the restaurant was also very good

Despite being advertised on booking as an accommodation with parking, the hotel does not actually provide one. The host recommended a public parking. Coming here with a car we filtered the accommodations so that they have a parking spot, but upon arrival we found out that there was none attached to the hotel itself. The host didn’t outright offer a parking spot in the description so it might as well been a booking.com glitch. Either way it’s worth noting upon booking it coming with a car as for us it was a dealbreaker.

Very poor

Only location which is close to the city square

Firstly: apartments were not in line with photos on booking. Secondly: it was located on a ground floor, practically in a basement. The bed was very wet due to dampness in the apartment. Thirdly: I am wondering what was before. They adopted this room for rent, but it seems like it was kitchen or storage. Finally, the price for this apartment does not match the quality. I was very frustrated and didn't want to come back there for a sleep.

Two tourists stranded becuase bus didn't pass so we had to make a last minute reservation on Sunday

The staff were very friendly and accommodated us with a last-minute reservation and late check-in on a Sunday. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds are comfy. I would say it's an ideal spot for backpackers and young couples visiting the area.

Terrible customer service, the host overbooked the hotel, and when we questioned our bill the host threatened to kick us

The location was great.

The host overbooked the hotel, we agreed to reduce the number of rooms from 3 down to 2 to assist them for one of our nights stay, they didn’t alter the bill for this - when we questioned them about the total on our bill - they told us to get out of the hotel as we were unwanted guests rather than discussing the breakdown of the price as the bill was not correct.
