We had a wonderful stay been very central to all amenities

Be warned!

WARNING!!!! These rooms are spotlessly clean, beds super comfortable and the bathrooms really spacious. Lerici is a beautiful place.

These are three separate rooms and luckily we occupied all three. We had the impression if it were random people within the B&B it would've felt quite close and the sound really travels. Unfortunately we were faced with a really disruptive holiday due to the owner. At first she was incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough. However a couple of days into the holiday she came to clean the apartment. Following the clean I was sent numerous messages and phone calls which accused our party of causing damages which we did not do. As a party of respectful adults ( who were on a special 70th birthday holiday for my Mum) this was not only dishonest but the relentless messaging, phone calls and an organised meeting the following day to discuss it all lead us to having to involve the police after being threatened to be thrown out the apartment with our final night to go. As someone who of course reads reviews in order to assess accomodation please consider photographing/videoing the entire apartment in case you fall victim of the entirely unjustifiable and unprovoked behaviour we were faced with.

Nice B&B but very pricy parking far away from Lerici centre.

We enjoyed Lerici very much with its sights, close to Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Very nice and clean room and very welcoming and helpful staff. She is very keen to see to that we had update information about the B&B and the town. The breakfast bar is lively and good quality.

A TV in the room would be nice. We were very little impressed by the parking possibilities in Lerici. Only residents are allowed to park in the central areas. Quite a walk to the very highly priced (2€/hour all day and night!!) parking lots that are all far away. You would expect good service from Lerici authorities for the money spent at least a free shuttle service. We are NOT coming back, at least not by car.

Perfetto

Struttura bellissima e completa di ogni confort, tutto assolutamente pulito e posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Lerici, inoltre, per chi vuole visitare i dintorni, vicina alla fermata dell'autobus e vicina all'imbarcadero dei traghetti. Host eccezzionale, non lascia nulla al caso, ma sopratutto disponibile e piena di attenzioni al cliente.

Confort e pulizia nella bella Lerici

La camera è piuttosto piccina , come ci si aspetta da questa zona d’Italia. Bagno molto comodo. La pulizia davvero soddisfacente. Appartamento ristrutturato e luminoso. Posizione molto comoda! Claudia, la proprietaria, è assai disponibile, flessibile e cordiale. Per due persone è più che confortevole. Colazione convenzionata con un bar vicino: sia dolce che salato disponibili. Buono!!!!

bella esperienza

mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza della proprietaria e come ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli prima del nostro arrivo. la camera è molto carina e super pulita, posizione ottima al centro tra la spiaggia e il centro di Lerici. avendo i capelli ricci ho apprezzato la presenza del phon col diffusore un bagno.

non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse una macchinetta del caffè con cui farsi un caffè prima di uscire a fare colazione o quando si ha voglia, e che non ci fosse una televisione in camera ma solo nella sala comune. tutto il resto è stato perfetto

Ottimo soggiorno!

Ambiente nuovo, pulito e curato. Posizione molto comoda per muoversi solamente a piedi. Ottima colazione in un bar bistrot convenzionato con il B&B. Claudia, la host, è molto gentile e disponibile.

L'insonorizzazione non è proprio ottimale ma nulla di esageratamente fastidioso nel mio soggiorno.

Da consigliare a tutti.

Tutto bene: camere pulite ed in ordine con materassi e cuscini in memory nuovi; bagni pulitissimi completi di perfetti asciugamani, shampoo e bagnoschiuma e tutto quello dichiarato da BOOKING. Soggiorno molto bello con tavolo e quattro sedie e televisore smart. Cucina completa di forno microonde; di frigo-freezer; di fornello a induzione. Insomma, tutto perfetto. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto dei biglietti convenzionati con il B&B per parcheggiare le vetture al prezzo di 7 euro al giorno: fantastico!!!

Non avevamo capito che la colazione prevedeva un tetto massimo di spesa di 6 euro e, la prima mattina, abbiamo preso come si fa di solito nei B&B, oltre a cappuccio e cornetto, anche una spremuta e dell'altro, sforando di molto il budget. E' stata una sorpresa quando siamo passati in cassa per consegnare il talloncino che Claudia ci aveva preparato. Ci siamo rifatti la mattina dopo però!!!

Colazione buona e facilmente raggiungibile il bar. Ottima struttura. Nuova e con accorgimenti non comuni che rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole. Claudia si è dimostrata molto gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza/richiesta. Ottima pulizia e posizione strategica.

Non abbiamo inizialmente gradito la zona giorno in comunione con le altre stanze. Ma è stato un aspetto trascurabile confrontato a tutti gli innumerevoli aspetti positivi della struttura.

Finalmente si rivede il mare

L'appartamento nonostante sia in un caseggiato vecchiotto, è molto carino ed accogliente . Nell'ingresso la cucina in comune e poi le stanze dedicate: arredamento essenziale ,letto molto comodo e ottima pulizia. La signora Claudia gentile e attenta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Piacevole soggiorno

Camera centrale, essenziale e pulita. La proprietaria veramente gentile e disponibile. Un delizioso terrazzino e aria condizionata funzionante che a volte è una rarità! Davvero Consigliato.

Un piccolo suggerimento: un ripiano dove appoggiare bagnoschiuma e shampoo nella doccia ed uno specchio a figura intera da qualche parte in camera.
