The room is in a bad shape

The location is amazing, just in the town centre. Many restaurants are located just a few steps from the hotel. The sea is also very close

The furniture is very cheap and old. It feels stinky. The bathroom appliance is also in awful shape. The whole room should be renovated

Great location, a bit noisy

The Location was very good, very close to the main harbour and the breakfast was very nice.

The fan in our room was broken for the first day, so the heat made it very uncomfortable, at night it would get a bit noisy and the bells in the morning were also quite noisy. So it was a choice between being hot and noisy or cooler. The room was only cleaned once the day before we left, and the toilet had a broken lid which would bang every time one used it,

Weekend al mare

Edificio in pieno centro storico con una decorazione affrescata che rende bellissimo l’esterno. Il centro storico è molto piccolo e la struttura resta vicina sia al mare che ai luoghi di interesse come porto e ristoranti. Camera con piccolo frigo molto comodo per riporre un pranzo al sacco. Biancheria pulita.

La stanza è perfetta per un weekend ma purtroppo fa molto caldo e non c’è l’aria condizionata. Il ventilatore potrebbe bastare se fosse possibile aprire le finestre che affacciano su diversi ristoranti quindi rumori fino a tarda notte. Struttura a 4 piani per ogni piano una stanza con bagno ma attenzione non ci sono ascensori.

Per tutto l’altro, io mi sono divertita non ho niente da dire

La struttura è proprio nel centro di Lerici, quindi molto comoda alle spiagge intorno

Beh, non è una critica, però io personalmente, raccomando alle persone con le famiglie, i bambini piccoli, per esempio …gli anziani… di non andare. Dovete cercare un’altra struttura perché questa ha una scala a chiocciola Che è molto difficile di salire.

Sicuramente la posizione centrale vicino al mare e vicino al porto la rendevano sicuramente attraente il responsabile della struttura una persona molto disponibile educata e Cortese sicuramente sulla struttura dell'appartamento ci sarebbe qualcosa da dire abbastanza datato privo di alcuni comfort in una strada particolarmente rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte....

Camera piuttosto datata scarsa di servizi.. in strada rumorosa sia al mattino presto che alla sera tardi...
