Absolutely fabulous location on the main piazza in Lerici! Nice room on a first floor walk up with a beautiful view of the port.
Parking is challenging in Lerici. The bathroom had an off smell from sewer gasses.

Perfect location right in the centre of the restaurant quarter, we liked being in the busier part of Lerici in the evenings. The room was kept incredibly clean which was appreciated. Plenty of storage space and a nice bathroom. Friendly host. Snacks and water provided.
It would be useful if entry and key pick up information was provided in documentation in advance, as there were a few issues finding the room, however this was quickly resolved.

everything, especially the very kind owner
the bathroom was not functioning when we arrived ( washing our hands, the small room was almost immediately full of water), but the landlord had it repaired in the afternoon.
worst of all is not a problem with the structure, but with the organization of the city in Liguria: at 6am the garbage truck made a terrible amount of noise (Saturday morning in July!!!), at 7am the glass collecting truck destroyed our vacation with almost 40 minutes of breaking glasses in the square below the room. nightmare and very poor judgement of the city municipality, doing this kind of service early morning, on saturdays, during high season. that’s why turists don’t find Liguria the best place for hospitality

The location is amazing. The view from room is great and the beach is 5 Mins walking distance. The room is very clean, with air con, towels, everything you need.
We didn’t get any information prior our arrival, we were told they tried to call us but we didn’t get any call. A message in our case would have made things easier. We didn’t know where to park and we didn’t know the accommodation was within a ztl area. Nobody was there when we arrived, and as we didn’t know how to do check in, we had to call to find out how to get in. Breakfast is provided but could be better. The freezer couldn’t be used as it was full of ice.

Stumbled on to this place by accident looking for places near Pisa and looking at the reviews on another website decided to give it a try.
We were made to feel very welcome by the owner and her young daughter who helped explain the room and facilities in English the best she could. The room we had on the 1st floor was fairly spacious and decorated shabby chic style of mostly white. There was a small but adequate en-suite shower and toilet as well as a suitable closet area to hang our clothes.
For what we paid we was expecting very basic facilities but was surprised to find the room very well equipped with a large TV, Coffee maker, Kettle, cups, plates, knives/forks etc, Air-con/Heater, wall safe and a good sized refrigerator. Although it was listed as room only the owner had also thoughtfully included fresh milk, bottled water, coffee, various teas, croissants, jams and yogurt and even a few bottles of wine and Prosecco.
Location wise it's superb, it's just 50 yards to the marina waters edge and the main town square Piazza Garibaldi full of restaurants, Gelato bars, coffee bars, snack bars, mini gift shops etc. During the day when it's nice it becomes a lively square great to relax and enjoy a few drinks and snacks. During the evening the main restaurants come alive serving traditional Italian dishes and numerous sea food options freshly landed the same day just 100 meters away.
Anyone considering a few days away we highly recommend the Vittoria!!
