L'EMPLACEMENT ET AU CENTRE , on a kiffé aussi la chambre , c'est un style vintage , des codes de sécurité des l'entrée jusqu'à l'arrivé a votre chambre ce qui garantie la sécurité total c'est pas du tout ennuyant c'est très pratique , c'est propre je recommande

De ligging is fantastisch, centraal in Lerici. De inrichting van het appartement en de ligging hebben een echt een Italiaans karakter. Veel lekkere restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kan eten. Mooie bezienswaardigheden, echt een locatie om even een weekje met z'n tweeën wat bezichtigingen te plannen. De reservering ging heel makkelijk en soepel, we hadden via WhatsApp contact met de gastvrouw, om zo toegang te krijgen tot het appartement. Tijdens ons verblijf een paar keer contact gehad met de gastvrouw, met vragen over de omgeving, reageert vrijwel gelijk, zeer behulpzaam.
Veel trappen lopen, viel voor onszelf niet tegen, omdat onze conditie goed is. Als je conditie niet aan de goede kant zit dan zijn alle trappen in het hele warme weer (39⁰) best pittig. Neem een paar extra shirtjes mee ter verschoning! Parkeren is lastig.

Posizione super, piano alto.
La stanza è in una posizione perfetta, in pieno centro a poche decine di metri dalla piazza principale. Piccola ma essenziale e funzionale. Presenza di svariate prese della corrente e quindi comodissimo per caricare contemporaneamente i vari device o altro utile al proprio soggiorno. Presenza di phon con il diffusore che non ho mai trovato in nessun'altra struttura. Bagno minimal ma funzionante. La doccia ha il regolatore di temperatura con i gradi indicati sopra, non si può sbagliare temperatura! Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice.
In bagno non c'è il bidet che, anche se indicato nella descrizione, è un difetto. Non è presente connessione internet ma anche questo è inserito nella descrizione. La finestra è troppo vicina a quella di fronte, non ho mai scostato la tenda poiché sarei stata vista dalle persone di fronte. E questo per me è stato un fastidio perché mi piacciono gli spazi luminoso e la tenda, pesante di velluto rosso, non permetteva alla luce di entrare. È presente un piccolo frigo ma purtroppo non rinfresca. Attenzione, leggere bene la descrizione perché si trova ad un terzo piano con le scale ripide non adatto adatte a chi potrebbe avere problemi di deambulazione o di asma. La prima porta che si incontra salendo dove si trovano le schede/chiavi dall'esterno non si chiude e va spinta con parecchia forza per chiuderla ogni volta che si esce, causando fastidioso rumore a chi è ancora presente.
