Amazing place!!!

It was just super nice, amazing stay!!! Hope to stay here again some day! The apartment is super clean, has two rooms with one double bed and one couth, separate kitchen with everything you need and large bathroom. And the main - two amazing balconies with amazing views and vibe of the town. It is just super place! The host is also very attentive, responsive and very nice. Check in is with lock box so super comfortable. Literally can't find anything bad about this place and don't understand why somebody give just 8 for this place. Would give 10+ if could :) And the location - you can't have better!!!

The location is perfect, right on the seafront. The flat was clean, beautifully laid out and everything worked perfectly. Silvia was flexible with a late change of arrival time and very helpful!

Nothing to be liked. The usual flat kept in minimally working conditions to take as much money as possible to tourists.

Beds (indecorous!), shower box that didn’t close, tv that didn’t work, everything else: the cheapest furniture you can imagine, for the worst guest experience.

The location is phenomenal and the appartment has a cozy balkony to have breakfast while looking at the sea. The furnishing is new and well maintained. Silvia is very friendly and helpful. You have to park approx. 15 min by foot away from the apartment, but you can drop off your luggage before you park the car. Clear recommendation! Silvia also might offer you an umbrella and two beds at the beach, just ask her.

Fabulous location, calm spacious apartment on the main street of Lerici

Great location, and I had a good amount of space to spread out & hang my clothes up. I loved the balcony looking out over the water. Everything I needed was in the apartment or within a minute's walk. The decor was calming, simple and the bed was comfy

It's an old building & at times there was the smell of drains - not sure it was possible to do anything about this except invest in stronger air freshener!

Loved our stay at Prima Fila, it is a lovely apartment with great view and location is perfect. Lerici is great place to visit, preferred to Cinque Terra area, would recommend a visit here, less touristy and beautiful

No kitchen but would be good to have few kitchen items to use, eg bowls/plates for breakfast

Italien erleben, mitten drin. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat die passende Größe, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Ideal die beiden kleinen Balkone. Die Komunikation und Abwicklung alles Bestens. Perfekt die Möglichkeit einen privaten Parkplatz anzumieten.

La posizione è ottima, in centro con vista sul mare. Comodissima per tutto. Circondata da bar e a pochi passi dalla pasticceria dove abbiamo fatto colazioni ottime.

Posizione eccellente, host attento ad eventuali esigenze, solerte nel fornire documentazione necessaria per ztl, appartamento confortevole

Indispensabile posto auto perché in centro ci sono solo strisce gialle, attenzione a non accostare l'auto per scarico bagagli perché arrivano subito a sanzionare con 170,00€. Quando si prenota con booking.com compaiono uso microonde e frigorifero, in realtà per avere l'uso della cucina bisogna pagare 30€ di pulizia finale non precedentemente specificata. Aria condizionata solo in camera.

B&B centralissimo e pulitissimo

B&B centralissimo, comodo per tutti i servizi, imbarco traghetti, negozi, ristoranti, bar. Tutto a pochissimi passi a piedi. Struttura molto pulita ed estrema disponibilità da parte della proprietaria, nel fornire, anche il anticipo via WhatsApp, tutte le indicazioni utili. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Kiváló helyen lévő apartman, abszolut belváros a tengerparton. Az apartman tiszta, izlésesen berendezett és kényelmes 3 fő részére. Az erékélyről remek kilátás a vitorlás kikötőre, a fő térre, tengerre. Nagyon szép fürdőszoba, konyha. Finom kávé a szálláson. Sylvia nagyon készséges és kedves volt, privát parkolót is tudott intézni (kb. 10 percre a szállástól)

talán egy ajtó jó volna a nappali és háló között.
