Lerici is a beautiful seaside town & the accommodation exceeded my expectations.

Seriously good location right beside the port, restaurants etc.

Checking in is only up till 7:30pm which is difficult if you were delayed like us. We were told we had to pay 20€ if after then to check in. I had my elderly mother with us and it took over an hour to find the apartment that HAS NO DOOR Number. We had the whole neighbourhood looking for our room. (The locals are lovely) the guy then agreed to come back and show us the room.

Amazing location with stunning views. Lovely room. Very well managed, very helpful staff.

Although, we loved the approach via a beautiful little street and up a few steps, and it added to its charm. It would not be suitable for people with any mobility issues.

Wonderful place to relax in Liguria

This was our second time at Al Molo and it was still great. The location is 10/10, the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Room was where we had 3 beds and by location it was near the city but not in the city and by “view” it had an amazing, stunning beautiful view of the sea and it had a pool and a place to dive into the sea

The location was far from the city to minimize traffic but it took some time to get into the center of the city due to bad traffic.

Poor level of (delayed and non-existent) communication before and after the stay when a complaint was raised. Even Booking.com tried to contact them and got nowhere either. I gave the property plenty of time to reasonably compensate me but they didn’t want to know. Parking is available at a very reasonable 5euros but is short walk away and someone needs to meet you beforehand and show you the way. You’d think it would be as simple as just showing the parking spot on Google Maps and meeting someone there, but no. Dealing with this issue isn’t very guest-friendly and had to be laboriously worked out beforehand. Bad night’s sleep because of broken bed.

Position and nice room.

We were told we could not leave our luggage in the corridor on the last day. Check out was 11am and we could not depart Lerici until 4pm. There was no place to store luggage in Lerici. We would have paid if asked. Disappointing customer service. We were not asking to remain in the room. Also it would have been nice have chairs to sit on not just the bed.

We had the BEST room on the THIRD FLOOR Breathtaking view Nice and confortable room Garage paied apart very usefull and not too far from the appart The great location is the main asset of the apartment.

On the third floor access by very narrow staircase therefore inadvisable for people with lots of baggage. The bed and the room are not for very tall people! We had no WIIFII. We called and write to our contact that answered otherwise after three phone calls and different messages. she promised to send a Tecnician but no one came by to fix the connection. The negative point at the end was not the connection (we can understand that a bug can happen) but the lack of information from our contact. Total silence!

Good

The room, the view, the location were all excellent. Bed was spacious and comfy.

Due to its location, if you arrive my car you must be met by someone. We had pre-arranged to meet someone at a certain time, but were informed at the last minute that they were going to be late - we had really rushed to get there, and so it was somewhat annoying to be told with a few minutes to spare that they were going to be late. We also had to send several messages for the Wi-Fi code, which we finally got. Overall despite these dislikes, i would certainly stay at Al Molo again.

I just wish the manager/owner had handed us a piece of paper with all the directions/directions instead of us having to remember. Personally, I hate hot air heating so turn it off but did not have enough blankets on the bed.

Great Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The view and location are fantastic, literally steps from the waterfront, excellent restaurants, and the ferry to Portovenere. It was quiet, comfortable and everything we wanted from our stay. The room was spotless and serviced daily. The room had a balcony that looked out over the water that we used daily. The value for cost was extremely good, and I really appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. This place really made our stay in Lerici wonderful. The attached photo is from the balcony.

The steps up to the apartment are challenging. My friend is sight impaired and the white steps in the white stairwell were a bit intimidating for her. The stairs are narrow, have a twist and are steep. I would recommend putting something on the steps that indicate the edge, either a texture strip or a contrasting color strip. We worked it out, but know that it can be a challenge if you have mobility or sight issues. Also, the wi-fi was very difficult to find and use. It might be worth putting boosters in the individual rooms.

Great

We weren't aware that soap and shampoo was not provided. The toilet paper roll was almost out and there wasn't a second roll. These were small items. The stay was awesome and we will definitely stay again.

Passable

The balcony is wonderful! The little table with the two chairs fit perfectly and we spent hours on the balcony looking at the passing by people, staring at the sea, etc.

The air conditioner works poorly. You can't choose the temperature and it switches on and off randomly. There is NO WLAN in the room! Well there is, but the signal is so poor that you can't use it, not even for a whats app message. There are no night curtains or something similar, so when the sun rises you can't sleep anymore. That's even more unfavorably as it is noisy quite a while in the night cause of the restaurant located right under the appartement. The lady who you can contact during the stay only speaks italian, so she didn't even understand common words as "bed sheets". The bed sheets had some spots on it, we still don't know what it really was but the cleaning lady said it's just rust stains... in general the room wasn't clean when we arrived, just by swiping over the bedside table with a wet tissue moste of the stains could be removed by me. Also the cups that were standing in the room to make some tea weren't clean. The furniture was very cheap and so a lot of stress marks show - it doesn't looks as in the pictures anymore.

Superb

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is at the top of the town. There is a spectacular view of the town below and sea beyond. A great place to stay for exploring Riomaggio.

Parking was partially off road. It was OK for a small car, but a larger vehicle might struggle.

Great location in Lerici

Great location, very comfortable bed and amazing shower. Great bar to the left and go through the tunnel next to it for a great little beach for a morning dip. Francesca was very helpful.

I want to come back to Lerici, but not at "Al Molo Sea View Rooms".

Location and view as advertised. Nice room, large shower box. The windows provide good sound isolation, absolutely necessary given the noisy night life.

Air conditioning: insufficient, stopped working in two days. WiFi: not available during the three days we stayed - though included in the price Stairs: about 65cm wide, steep and short steps, very hard to bring luggage up and down. Shutters: no shutters on the window, just roman blinds that leave through enough light to read a book in the darkest corner. Parking: over 500m from the room, most of it in full sunshine. Support: time to answer a request (WhatsApp only, no answer over the phone) ranging from several hours up to days.

The room is spacious. The views are great. The room is super clean. The girl that helped me do the check-in was extremely beautiful.

Unfortunately the aircon was not working. And not having aircon in july is quite bad.

Fantastic location, with a great view of the harbour and shoreline. A very comfortable and modern room, perfect for a short stay. If you are arriving by car, be sure to ask about their parking spot, as it's much more convenient and affordable than public options.

Excellent location & small, but functional apartment

The location of the apartment was perfect, right on the water and close to a tone of bars & restaurants. Not an overly large apartment, but it had everything we needed for our four day stay. Cleaning was done daily which was appreciated.

The check-in situation was not overly simple. Had to meet a member of staff at a parking space that was located a good ten minutes walk from the property, which was difficult with heavy bags. We were also made to change rooms after one night. Not the end of the world, but annoying as we weren't able to unpack and settle in properly until the second night. The fridge in the room was tiny & never really got our drinks cold.

1 km von einem Parkhaus zum Zimmer laufen. Mit Koffern echt ne Qual. Zimmer liegt in einer Fußgängerzone. Vermieter freundlich, aber unter Zeitdruck. Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig
