Very nice stay! And “back to the 90s” design

Super friendly staff, kinda homey attitude overall. We loved that! Nice breakfast, especially the pie with spinach.

The hotel is away from the centre. The room design was basic, kinda 90s taste. Everything else was good.

Superb

Great place (especially if you travel with motorbikes as we did) just outside Lerici far from the crowd and the noise. With free parking for motorbikes. You can be in Lerici ( where parking is also free for motorbikes) in just 3 minutes Breakfast was great, a lot of options and fresh espresso from a bartender and not from an automatic coffee machine. Good price compared to other accomodations in the area.

A ‘6’ at best.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated with an ‘8’ on Booking. it wasn’t too bad but an ‘8’ normally means the hotel is clean and the food is ok. In this case it really wasn’t. Some parts where just dirty like the carpet in the hallway and the bathroom. Also the interior was so outdated. The hotel looked like it was left as I’d was build in the 70’s. The rooms did get an upgrade at some stage but everything was done in the cheapest way possible. Tasteless. Also the breakfast wasn’t and ‘8’ either. There were a lot of options but most of them are in plastics, like 6 sorts of cookies or at least not fresh at all. The stuff that was fresh was of cheap quality. Dry bread, unripe fruit, sweaty plastic cheese.

Nice place, priced fair, the room was of a good size and the location is fine. The free parking was easy to access and safe. Staffs were kind and welcoming and the breakfast was nice.

The way it's being managed could be improved. We travelled towards Apls with 6 heavy bags including 2 sets of skis and were given a room on 2nd floor while there is no lift and no help offered with carrying the bags. When asked for a room on a lower floor we were told there are none available. This was in the middle of February and it wasn't hard to see that most of the rooms were free as their blinds were closed all day long and barely few people came to the breakfast..

An excellent hotel, a good choice if you're paying a visit to Lerici.

Just a one night stay. Friendly staff and a clean, airy room with wooden flooring and small shower room complete with complimentary toiletries. Free parking (advise hotel beforehand) at a reserved parking area just up the road behind the hotel. We can recommend the restaurant - we had a delicious, reasonably priced and very pleasant evening meal, from the antipasto to the dessert, dessert wine and biscuits. Breakfast was simple but good. Areas also to dine/breakfast outside. Lerici town is a short walk (15/20 mins) or bus ride - cars are not allowed through the town during high season. The day we were there, the sea was rough after a storm, so we were happy to walk along the beautiful seafront - Lerici castle also overlooks the bay, to which you can walk up to (or a take quick bus ride). Being high season, the beaches were, however, full!

Everything about the hotel was fine. Lerici is a charming, small seaside location (with fantastic, crystal-clear sea for bathing - if you like shingly or rocky coast) - but, the space is limited and so, in high season, be aware that you either need to book a place on the beach, at a private "bagno" establishment or else be prepared for the (very few) free beaches to be crowded.

Worth a stay - small hotel run by a very friendly family.

A super family run small hotel. Very friendly with a very nice restaurant in the hotel and good breakfast. Easy to access with nearby parking.

It's further from the sea front than you expect but this seems normal for Lerici. Take a small suitcase, no lift.

Breakfast personnel was kind and helpful

Covid rules were not respected (external guests allowed in the inside restaurant). Room was not very clean and there is no noise insulation at all in the rooms walls. It was very hard to get some sleep :(

Bad

There was construction taking place right next to the property that would wake you up early. It’s right next to a busy road, so early morning and late night traffic is a nuisance. The restaurant food is quite bad and breakfast is also nothing special. Dry/burned scrambled eggs and burned bacon. Could not stay here any longer and checked out early.

Clean room, AC worked really well, comfortable beds, restaurant and a bar with a really nice view. Good choice for the price.

I do fully understand that because of the entire COVID situation, that the breakfast had to be ordered/served by the waiter (even though it is/was offered as swedish buffet). However the ordered portions of food that have been served were literally tiny! For a normal sized adult this is simply not acceptable (1 egg, two slices of bread and a slice of bacon). When we have asked for more (the second portion), we have got a half of the portion that we have got the first time... Check in procedure was also a bit weird (maybe because of the language barrier), however we have not been told literally anything about check-out/breakfast/wifi/reception opening times, parking or anything else. Not actually a complaint against the hotel itself, but the foot path from the hotel towards the city center is not really there (you need to walk on the city of a really busy street).

Vista mare, parcheggio gratuito e colazione buonissima!

Buona posizione (8 minuti e si arriva in centro a piedi, con una scaletta). Le camere hanno una bella vista sul mare. Il personale molto gentile, le camere spaziose al punto giusto. La colazione davvero gustosa e ricca! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Plus: il parcheggio gratuito!

La struttura non è particolarmente moderna, ma è comunque ben tenuta.
