Lovely view, clean and big.

Wonderful place with a great view. 45 minute walk into town, or the bus stops right outside. We also took a walk to Tellaro just up the coast. Place was big with a great balcony. Very clean, and Paola was very attentive. Excellend breakfast and lots of local tips.

Nice view, remote location, kind host, if you are looking for an AirBnB type experience, go fo it.

-Host was very nice and helpful, prepared a great breakfast every mornings. -View of the room was great.

-Host did not speak a word of English so communication was difficult. -One of the beds was and extendable sofa and was not very comfortable and quite small for 2 people. -Room was relatively cold (we stayed in April) and we used heating the first day, but then host stopped heating centrally, so we were not able to use it anymore. -Parking nearby is not private and you have to be lucky to get available parking space. -There is no enterance door on the floor we used - you go into the room directly from the stairs, so we felt a lack of privacy at times.

Good location overall but a bit farther from the town and each than we thought.

Stairs, both inside and out were somewhat difficult to use carrying heavy luggage. To be expected though.

Exceptional

We stayed in Suite and this was really a place to remember. Already missing great time and our conversations with Paola during breakfast and in the evenings with the glass of wine on lovely terrace overlooking the gulf. Amazing view, cleanliness, really beautiful apartment that feels good and smells good. Easy access by car or boat to great places around. We will come back or sure! Grazie mille cara Paola! Exceptional

The accommodation was amazing. There was plenty of space and it was immaculate. Couldn't believe we had our own terrace and the views from there were stunning. Pauola was exceptionally welcoming and helpful even when we arrived later than expected. A fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely Lerici

Lovely location above Lerici and fantastic view across the bay. Lots of space and comfortable seating areas and lovely terrace for breakfast, which was delicious, Paula is a wonderful host.

For us the road noise at night was annoying but we live in the country so not used to it. We could have closed the windows and put on the air-conditioning but prefer fresh air!

Exceptional

The view from this property is amazing, looking over the whole village and out to sea. Paola our host was absolutely lovely. So welcoming and she gave us lots of local information. Her house is beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. We had a lovely breakfast which Paola prepared each day. It was possible to walk right down from the house into town but very easy by car or the local buses which drove up the hill. Thank you so much Paola for a lovely stay.

Molto bello l'alloggio, grande e comodo il bagno e ottima colazione. Perfetto punto di partenza per il trekking. Vista incantevole. Sig.ra Paola molto cordiale e premurosa.

Se volete fare le passeggiatine a Lerici forse non è la soluzione ottimale. Andare su e giù per cena senza spostare l'auto non è proprio comodo.
