Δύσκολα προσβάσιμο καθώς υπάρχει λανθασμένη σήμανση. Είχε ασανσέρ (κλειδωμένο), αλλά κατά την άφιξή μας το προσωπικό όχι μόνο δεν μας ενημέρωσε για τη χρήση του αλλά μας καθοδήγησε προς μια πολύ στενή σκάλα ενώ είχαμε μεγάλες (23kg) βαλίτσες και το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν στο πρώτο όροφο και μόνο κατά την αναχώρησή μας (εφόσον ανακαλύψαμε μόνοι μας το ασανσέρ) μας το ξεκλειδώσανε για να κατεβάσουμε τις βαλίτσες. Το δε πρωινό ήταν ανύπαρκτο! Συγκεκριμένα μας σερβίρανε ένα ψωμάκι τύπου φοκάτσια σε μέγεθος τοστ, με αλλαντικό για δύο άτομα, καφέ και ένα κανατάκι χυμό κονσέρβας β΄διαλογής! Μόνο όταν ζητήσαμε μας κάνανε και αυγά. Υπήρχαν βέβαια πάνω στα τραπέζια κάτι γιαουρτάκια φρούτων και σε ένα κεντρικό τραπέζι μια πιατέλα με κρουασάν ωστόσο χωρίς καμία προστασία από τις μύγες που καθόταν ανενόχλητες πάνω τους....

Bon rapport qualité/prix mais des améliorations à faire.

Très belles chambres, spacieuses, double douche, mobilier moderne, tout confort, literie excellente. Lit fait et draps de bain changés quotidiennement. Emplacement idéal à 7min du centre, retiré au calme et environnement verdoyant. Personnel agréable, et serviable. Service rapide au restaurant et à l'écoute.

Réveillés avant 8h par des travaux au restaurant de l'hotel, petit déjeuner avec les travaux ou le tambourin du chef cuisto qui découpe sont lapin à la hache à partir de 7h30 ! Chambres situées juste au dessus des cuisines et du restaurant donc bruyant le soir, bruit des casseroles le matin et grosses ventilations situées sous notre fenêtre ! Petit déjeuner peu varié et identique chaque matin. Viennoiseries posées sur un plateau et couvertes de mouches car non protégées. Yaourth déjà posés sur les tables lorsque l'on arrive, pas idéal concernant la chaîne du froid. Les tables, chaises et le sol du restaurant non nettoyés de la veille, des miettes partout. Carte du restaurant assez onéreuse pour la faible quantité dans l'assiette. Idem pour les tables en extérieur avec encore les verres des fétards de la veille. Jardin et aire de jeu extérieure non entretenus

Un superbe hotel !

Le petit déjeuné proposé est d'une grande qualité, le choix des viennoiseries est varié et de qualité ! du salé et des yaourts sont aussi proposés, en complément du café et jus de fruit ! La chambre quant à elle était spacieuse, propre, bien entretenue et confortable. La décoration moderne et les équipements de la salle de bain sont de qualité. Mention spéciale a la double douche, toujours appréciable ! Les serviettes sont propres et en nombre, ce qui est également agréable. Enfin la literie est confortable.

La douche manquait un peu de pression, sinon rien a redire !

La chambre moderne et confortable. Clim et mini frigo appréciable. Entrée autonome pratique. Douche vraiment top. Petit dej parfait avec une vue incroyable en terrasse.

Un peu loin de la gare quand on est à pied. Mais tellement appréciable d’être loin du tumulte du centre ville. La marche vaut la peine !

Nous avions séjourné dans cet hôtel pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Son emplacement est idéal : à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la gare. La chambre était propre, fonctionnelle et accueillante. Nous avions tous les équipements nécessaires (climatisation, télévision, produits d'hygiène...). Le personnel était agréable et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Merci

Not a typical hotel, but an autentic place in the city hidden away from the traffic. Pleasant stay.

A very good starting point to visit Cinque Terre. About 15 min walk to the La Spezia Centrale railway station. Good breakfast on the terrace. Free parking.

A little noisy kitchen ventilation, is however turned off at night. Restaurant closed on Monday.

Good for a visit to Cinque Terre

It is located 20 min away from the central train station which was great for our visit to Cinque Terre. The coffee and croissants were tasty. The host was nice.

The bathroom and the bed should have been cleaner. If you are coming around noon or 7pm it is difficult to get parking. Also it is difficult to find the stay. Some extra instructions with pictures would be good.

Chambre au dessus d’un restaurant extrêmement bruyant jusque très tard, aucune insonorisation et les gens dans les chambres ne sont pas la priorité du personnel. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir avant 1h du matin passé. Localisation compliquée, mal indiqué avec GPS.

Colazione buona, Buona anche la proposta del ristorante. Comodo parcheggio, albergo con zone alberate dove stare al fresco attrezzate con giochi per i bambini e con aree cane vicine. Ristorante dove si tengono eventi quali comunioni cresime e battesimi, molto grande con anche il pergolato dove mangiare.

Forse anticiperei la colazione dalle 8,00 alle 7,15-7,30, ma è una esigenza personale, ma è anche vero che in vacanza i tempi sono più dilatati.

La Spezia stay

The bed was large and quite comfortable compared to other recent stays in Italy. The room was serviced regularly. The location was good, close enough to walk into the centre of town but far away enough to be in pretty woodlands with free onsite parking. The breakfast provided was very nice.

There was tea provided, but no coffee in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. There was very little wifi in the room. Better to go downstairs to get wifi in the restaurant. The hot water in the shower took a long time to heat and the water disappeared if someone else was using water in the accommodation.

Établissement au calme, grand parking gratuit. Situé à 15 minutes à pied de la gare, et 20 minutes du centre ville. Personnels très aimables, certains parlent français. Très bon restaurant avec des prix raisonnables. Belle chambre, bien aménagée avec mini frigo et une immense douche.

Restaurant qui accueille régulièrement des repas de familles et de groupe, et les italiens parlent très très fort.. Petit déjeuner composé de brioches et croissants à la garniture assez improbable et trop sucré. Du pain, du beurre et de la confiture serait plus adapté surtout pour nous français

Comfy and affordable option for a couple at walking edge of la Spezia

My partner and I stayed at Casina Rossa for one night on our journey to CinqueTerre. Its located above a restaurant slightly outside of la Spezia and is best reachable by car/bus, or about 20min walk to la Spezia train station and old town with a large choice of restaurants/bar. During weekdays the accommodation is really quiet so great for a deserved rest ; it gets apparently lively over the weekend with music/party. We really enjoyed the spacious room, comfy bed and cosy double Italian walk-in shower. The room is simple but has everything a traveller needs, and the staff made us feel really welcome so I'd really recommend this place. A special "grazie mille" from the bottom of our hearts to the lovely staff lady who offered us few focaccia and croissants to take away for breakfast, as we had to rush to the train station in the morning : we enjoyed each bite of this delicious food.

My only regret is that we did not try the restaurant below the accommodation owing to tight agenda but the nice smell of fish coming from that kitchen on our way out was hard to resist.

Pour un arrêt cela fait l affaires.

Belle chambre avec une super salle de bain. Restaurant qui fait des plats 12h et soir. Par contre la carte n est pas très garnit. Les repas sont très élaboré mais il manque de chose simple. (Pizza, viande, pâtes carbonade ou boulo, des salades ou même légumes) Le parking un grand plus car il y a 2 endroits où nous pouvons garer et en plus gratuit! Le personnel ce dédit plus à la restauration que au chambre malheureusement.

Loin de là gare pour prendre le train entre 20 et 30min à pieds de l hôtel à la gare. Nous avons visité les cinque terre. Je recommande de prendre un taxi. Manque de rangement dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner est bof. Pas de buffet. Demande la boisson un croissant, de la foccacia mortadelle et des yaourts. Aucun fruits ou céréales. Il faut Demandez toujours si nous voulons quelque chose. Service mini bar le frigo est vide et il y avait une seul tasse avec 2 cuieillere. Aucun room Service. 2jours pas de lit fait ni de linge propre. Pas de WiFi dommage aussi.
