Distanța față de strada pietonală și relativ aproape de gară Lenjeria a fost curată și prosoapele.

Camera foarte mică, neaerisita, cu baie proprie într-adevăr. Pilota din dulap mirosea urat. Fereastra dădea într o curte interioară, unde nu bătea soarele și distanta fata de cealaltă clădire nu era mai mare de 3 metri.

Lovely homely Hotel in La Spezia.

Lovely friendly staff on Reception especially Sofia, Maria and Desiree, who are so nice and helpful, great location under 10 minutes walk from the station and Town centre shopping , harbour and restaurants . A fridge and kettle were provided which was great, also excellent value for money. When I return to La Spezia, I will definitely stay here ! Grazie molto.

I couldn’t get the tv to work, probably my fault but it wasn’t an issue as I didn’t come to watch tv !

Parking gratis delante del hotel, desayuno incluido, la chica de recepción fue muy agradable y trabaja bien.

Ducha y cuarto de aseo muy estrecho, pequeño. Anticuado el aseo, puertas, escalinata. Alfombra de subida sucia y solo llega al primer piso, está mal instalada y se hace más ruido por chocar el pie con la barra de metal que si no estuviera puesta.

L’accueil chaleureux de Sara et du personnel en général , nous étions un grand groupe et avons pu déjeuner à l’hôtel (compris dans le prix!) ce qui était une agréable surprise 😃

L’isolation et certaine chambre trop petite . Surtout les douches qui étaient parfois trop petite !

Agréable séjour

Le calme malgré la ville. Merci au personnel pour la gentillesse. Et particulièrement à Paulo pour sa convivialité. Les conseils pour les restaurants où nous nous sommes régalés.

Colazione, purtroppo oltre caffè cappuccini non offre un pasto vero e proprio. Basterebbe prendere dolci o salati da qualche forno vicino ed il gioco sarebbe fatto anche pagando qualcosa in più.

Tired, overpriced hotel with staff who don’t seem too bothered about customers

This is a very tired property and although it was marketed as having parking available to reserve or nearby, neither was true and we had to park a 15 minute walk away. The twin room had such narrow beds that one of us turned over and fell out during the night, and the bathroom was so tiny it was unpleasant. The doors and walls are thin. Staff seemed bored and disinterested in customer service. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.

Location: walking distance from train station. Helpful and nice staff.

The room didn't seem clean or smell clean.Small shower cabin- no turning space - with a curtain that does not stop from making a mess on the bathroom floor. I just think the price wise/quality it was a bit expensive.
