Beginning very stresful

Location nice, food market near. Just a small walk to harbour

I did not get any information how to enter. I was outside nobody was opening the doors. The phone number was not working. Really stresful situation after travelling the hole day. The pizzaplaze near was very frendly, after food and drink and restroom and a lot of emails I got the information to enter. With no exuse.

La Spezia was a cool and convenient place from which to launch adventures!

The property was in a great location! I could walk from the train station. I could walk to the ferry and the waterfront park. I enjoyed the vibe of the pedestrian streets and plazas with all the shops and restaurants. The carousel was charming. So much fun!

Maybe because of the heat I didn’t go out on the balcony where the table is. I missed having a table inside. Also- the shower floor was very slippery when it got soapy maybe some shower treads or a mat would make it safer.

It was a nice places to stay

The view was great the location was awesome. The bed was comfortable, and everything was near by

it has a smell like bathroom when we enter the room it was better when we open the window, and also no clean up room service was provided in the 3 days we stayed even though we put the sing for it.

Spacious room.

The room wasn't clean. Dusty and crumbs from previous guests. The cups and tea corner were dirty. The maid "Changed" them to other dirty cups. The cleaner came every morning knocking so freaking loud giving us a heart attack and just opened the door without waiting. And asked pretty much everyday if it was our last day and if we were checking out. The light in the bathroom couldn't really reach the shower which wasn't good. The fridge made too much sound so we removed the cable.

Great Location. You can make late self check in. Clean.

They use the same keys in every room, that can be really dangerous. For me, that I was travelling solo, it didn't felt safe at all. Also, one day, I found a key inside my room and the lights were on. I don't know if it was from the cleaning lady, but it was kind of scary. The communication with the company that is in charge of the rooms was almost not existing. It took them a long time to respond and they weren't even polite. Τhe "city view" mentioned in the single room is actually a window to the air shaft of the building. The price was shaped by the fact that La Spezia is close to Cinque Terre and it is not proportional to the quality that they offer.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a little refrigerator and hot water maker. The location is excellent. The market is just a block away and there is a little bakery one block away for coffee and cornetto. I also found free parking just a few blocks away, which was amazing.

Door of my room was opened after the first day. Same key for the main door and room, so I believe its the same key for there others rooms as well. No elevator. Shower was clogged.

hairdryer didn’t work, had to avoid cleaning our hair just so we wouldn’t leave the house with wet hair floor was dirty, room in general was not cleaned properly no full length mirror just a tiny one in the washroom, not great for a stay for 2 people pillows were not comfortable, hard to sleep closet space was broken

Place was very clean except for a dead squashed fly on the wall near the bed.

The room was very small and the bed was a single it looks like a double in the picture. Checkouy is early at 10am and you are not allowed to store your luggage at the property. This is an issue as the luggage store at the local train station is closed. So if you're flights is late you've to sit with your luggage all day

Very nice

This is not a hotelroom, so no reception or restaurant/bar. The room is big, bathroom is big enough. Clean and with a homely feeling. Very nice put together. The woman who came with the keys was very kind and helpful. I reccommend this place🙂
