No smells, great shower, and a beautiful view!

The place is super clean, spacious, and the view from our room was great. We got to see the fish and produce market. There was not any problem with the smell of fish coming to the room. I was with my grandmother and she was able to use the elevator when needed. The shower was amazing too. Hot water, high pressure, and the rain style shower head.

There were not any issues, just a hiccup mostly on my end. I have never used those type of knobs for the doors. After a Google Lens search I was able to see that to open, turn it to the left (counterclockwise) and you should here the click of the knob.

By far the worst host I have ever encountered. Zero personal contact – everything handled anonymously via WhatsApp, including requests to send passport photos. In one of the two rooms, the air conditioning was broken, forcing us to open the window in the stifling heat. Result: unbearable noise from the street’s restaurants until the early hours. In the other room, it was impossible to even close the door. Rude communication, no effort to resolve issues. A complete disaster – avoid at all costs

Did not meet our expectation!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and the heat was unbearable — we were literally melting in the room. It was very difficult to sleep or relax in that environment. To make things worse, there was not even a welcome bottle of water in the room when we arrived, which is the least you would expect after a long journey. The room was facing a noisy street. We could hear people talking, shouting, and cars passing by late into the night, which made it very hard to get any rest. Another major issue was the location - the hotel is right near a fish market, and the smell was very strong and unpleasant.

Overall a nice little unit that would have been perfect except for the a/c issue

The rooms was spotlessly clean and spacious It was n a good location with easy access to the train station and ferry terminal We enjoyed the little balcony and opportunity for fresh air Access to the property was easy

Air conditioning did not seem to work correctly. Requested instructions in case we were doing something wrong, but did not get a response until the next morning after a very hot night and leaving the doors open to try and cool the room, letting mosquitos in.

Centrally located

It was nice place to stay in the heart of La Spezia. Everything is centrally located, very close to the train station. Deborah was very helpful and cooperative.

Opening the Room door through the electronic card was bit challenging.

Very nice

Nice room and a good shower with plenty of warm water. Wifi was a bit slow but we managed to get our deeds done. Good location with plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner. 1,1 km from the central railway station. Overall nice and not expensive now when not in high season in March

Perfecta ubicación y muy limpio

La ubicación a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, a 8minutos del puerto, en el centro de la ciudad, con mercado, cafeterías, bares y restaurantes cerca, con tiendas de moda al lado. La habitación estaba limpia y era grande

Son HABITACIONES las cuales NO nos las limpiaron, ni hicieron los baños, ni cambiaron las toallas, en teoría lo hacen cada tres días (según nos dijo la gerente). Nosotros estuvimos tres días y no nos limpiaron las habitaciones, ni el baño, ni nos cambiaron las toallas. Tuvimos muchos problemas para hacer el chekin.

Comodo per un viaggio alle 5 terre

La stanza molto grande e spaziosa, in posizione centrale a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro è dotata di infissi insonorizzanti che isolano completamente dal rumore esterno, il che ci ha permesso di riposare tranquillamente. L’host ci ha risposto prontamente alle richieste.

La pulizia un po’ da migliorare. A parte il cuscino del letto sporco che l’host ha prontamente fatto sostituire, anche la restante pulizia non era impeccabile (due capelli nel bidet). Per il resto nulla da dire

Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Die Organisation bezüglich des Checkin war auch ohne Datenübermittlung per WhatsApp problemlos möglich und die Lage war schlichtweg perfekt!

Quello che cercavamo.. ed oltre!

La posizione era perfetta, accanto a tutti i servizi, ottima per visitare le 5 Terre o per restare a La Spezia a godersi la città, la stanza era pulita e ordinata, non mancava di nulla, inoltre la titolare è stata molto gentile a concederci di rimanere oltre l'orario prestabilito del check-out (10.00) per avvicinarci agli orari del treno di ritorno (18.00) dati alcuni problemi di salute accusati da uno di noi e la conseguente difficoltà ad aspettare 6 ore all'esterno.

-La ubicación, en pleno centro, al lado de la calle principal de bares y tiendas, así como de la estación. -La habitación era muy amplia y limpia y teníamos toallas de sobra. -El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y había mucho luz natural. -Pudimos dejar las maletas nada más llegar porque estaba la señora de la limpieza y nos ayudó.

-Tuvimos que escribir nosotros en todo momento a Débora para recibir información tanto de la entrada como de la salida. Nos ha faltado un poco más de interés por su parte a la hora de conocer los detalles de nuestra estancia: qué hacer cuando lleguemos con las maletas, dónde dejar la llave…

Localização muito boa, próximo a estação de trem. Tem elevador, o que ajudou muito na hora de subir as malas

O chuveiro não é muito bom, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Mandei mensagem para host e fui informada que estava desligado e que só seria ligado em 2 semanas. Já era Junho e estava um calor horrível, não tinha nem um ventilador para auxiliar. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, tenho rinite e foi bem difícil dormir

Me encantaron los 5 pueblos y el hacerlo desde el tren muy cómodo pero hacerlo desde el mar mucho más lindo... pero en general todo precioso.
