La ubicación

A localização é boa, está na rua central, há mais ou menos 1 km da estação de trem. Também está no caminho do cais de onde saem os barcos para Cinque Terre. É uma acomodação confortável para se passar poucos dias. O suporte e atendimento também foram excelentes.

Precisa de uma cortina black out para apoiar no escuro para dormir.

Location perfetta per esplorare La Spezia e le Cinque Terre. A meta’ strada tra la stazione ferroviaria e il Porto in una delle vie principali. Negozi, bar, ristoranti a pochi passi. La signora Mara molto gentile e disponibile. Self check in molto facile con istruzioni chiare.

L’unico appunto lo farei sul materasso, consiglio l’acquisto di un topper per renderlo piu’ confortevole. Il resto tutto bene. Tornero’ presto!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of La Spezia, making it an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was fantastic, and both finding the flat and accessing it were very straightforward. That part of the experience was seamless. Breakfast is provided via vouchers for a nearby café, which was a nice option. That said, it would have helped to have a clearer explanation up front, particularly that you need to present the voucher before ordering. Once we figured that out, the selection of coffee and pastries was enjoyable, and you can simply pay the difference if you'd like to order anything beyond what’s included.

The flat we stayed in had the bed positioned quite close to the entrance door, and as a result, we were frequently disturbed by noise from the stairwell, including guests coming and going, talking, or dragging luggage. While this may not be something the host can easily change, it’s helpful for future guests to be aware that noise at awkward hours is possible. We also experienced a couple of housekeeping hiccups, where our towels were taken but not replaced. Luckily, we had beach towels with us, but this could have been inconvenient otherwise.
