Excellent location. Exit at level 0 connects you to the shopping/dining scene in 2 minutes.
Also, We were able to park on street at hotel’s reserved spots for free. Otherwise garage parking is available for a fee.
Breakfast was excellent. Very open area with lots of food choices even for vegetarians.
The room we got was not up to the mark. We got a big room but everything in there seemed 10+ yr old and sad. But we stayed only for a night so didn’t complain and ask for a better room.
If you’re staying for a few days, I would definitely ask for updated rooms, hoping there are some

In the Heart of the old city, staff and specially the ladies in the reception were very kind, smiling and helpful on each demand, very good value for money.

Stayed 3 nights and had a lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast room had a lovely view of the castle. Lift outside took you right into the town centre.
