A Gem for us.

Rafaella was very helpful. Room was ready early. Good heat in the room. Nice space. Bottle of wine (no corkscrew available) upon arrival. Nice touch. Water cooler for refills was available. Robes and slippers were available.

Our room overlooked the garbage. We always get these type of rooms when we book through booking.com. No cups for wine or tea.

la colazione non è prevista, ma ottima macchinetta caffeè espresso in camera; suggerirei cartoncino da 125ml latte a lunga. ci sono molti bar vicinissimi, essendo in pieno centro. La gestione della signora Raffaella è super efficiente e gentile. Davvero complimenti !

In due anni tournée teatrale, king Prooeery è stata tra le migliori strutture in cui ho soggiornato. Struttura nuova, elegante, dotata di ogni comfort, ad esempio oltre all'asciugamano per la doccia c'è anche l'accappatoio. La TV si collega a Sky. Nel corridoio una macchina che fornisce acqua liscia e gassata. La signora gentilissima. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era ampia e luminosa Posizione eccellente

Confortable et pratique

Nous avons très apprécié l’accueil de la réceptionniste, et sa gentillesse elle nous a également offert un petit cadeau à la fin de notre séjour, nous la remercions pour sa générosité.

Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel mais pas forcément la vu donnant sur notre chambre étant d’une ethnie différente, voir un message raciste écrit sur le commerce donnant sur la fenêtre de notre chambre peut mettre mal à l’aise (facteur d’extérieur), et également le bruit car chambre sûrement mal isolé.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen La Spezia. Kort vei til havnen og ikke veldig langt å gå til togstasjonen. Vertinnen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Nyoppusset og rent rom.

Très bien si le bruit et la lumière ne vous dérange pas.

Très bonne Emplacement ( 5 min du port ) Literie de bonne qualité . Hôte très gentille. Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure prévue et la chambre initialement réservée n’était pas encore prête. Elle nous en a aussitôt proposé une autre afin que nous puissions y accéder immédiatement. Chambre spacieuse. Beaucoup d’échantillons à disposition. Eau plate et gazeuse à dispo dans le couloir.

À 15 min environ à pied de la gare, compliqué d’y accéder avec les valises car la route est en pavés. Salle de bain très étroite. Odeur très désagréable dans le hall, moins présente dans la chambre grâce au parfum d’ambiance. Première nuit très bruyante du fait que la chambre donne sur la route principale (musique, personnes qui criaient, voitures) il devait peut être y avoir une fête. 2 e nuit moins bruyante . Beaucoup de voyants lumineux dans la chambre ce qui m’a beaucoup dérangé pour dormir . Il faut se rendre au premier étage sans ascenseur pour accéder à l’hôtel.

Ett bra boende som uppfyllde (nästintill) alla de behov vi hade för vår vistelse.

Läget var mycket bra. Skön säng och stort badrum. Bra med egen kyl för att kunna ha kallt vatten. Kunde hänga upp kläder vilket vi tyckte om. Fanns AC.

Det läckte vatten ur duschen, men vi fick nya handdukar varje dag så det gjorde inget att vi behövde lägga dem på golvet. Det var väldigt ljudisolerat ut mot gatan men inte ut till korridoren där receptionen var. Vårt rum (Riomaggiore) var precis vid receptionen och vi kunde höra alla som stod utanför och pratade. Det fanns inte heller något sätt för oss att torka våra egna handdukar eller badkläder, vilket inte var så härligt då vi var där i 5 nätter och badade varje dag.

Voor een vriendelijk, mooi, schoon en verzorgd verblijf moet je bij King Property zijn

Door omstandigheden waren we noodgedwongen om nog langer in La Spezia te blijven. Helaas konden we door hoogseizoen niet bijboeken in ons initiële verblijf en kwamen uit bij King Property. We moesten om 10u weg uit het ene verblijf en konden officieel pas om 15u terecht bij King Property. Maar tot onze verbazing zorgde de gastvrouw dat we onze spullen al op onze kamer mochten zetten. Zo lief! Dat nam een grote zorg voor ons weg en hebben we zorgeloos onze dag-activiteit kunnen doorzetten. Verder was de locatie TOP! Dichtbij de lange winkelstraat, en bij de gezellige buitenbar ‘PIN’. De kamer was mooi, schoon en voorzien van de nodige luxe. We voelden ons idd ‘King’.

Estancia maravillosa

El alojamiento está muy bien, ubicación perfecta para coger barco o tren, se puede ir caminando a cualquier sitio. Es un apartamento o hotel en un primer piso, decorado con muy buen gusto y proporciona un excelente descanso, no se escucha ni un ruido. La atención también excelente y el desayuno en un café cercano con varias opciones para elegir. Sin duda, si queréis ir a Cinque Terre, este es vuestro alojamiento.

Camera spaziosa e bene arredata, servizi non all'altezza del prezzo

Posizione centrale, camera molto spaziosa, materiali di pregio. Bagno molto spazioso e pulito, tutto nuovo. Le foto delle camere corrispondono al vero.

La struttura NON è un hotel, è un insieme di camere belle e bene arredate, ma senza le caratteristiche basilari di un hotel: no reception, no sala colazioni, no parcheggio, ingresso in condominio anonimo tipo affittacamere, vista su vicolo e bidoni dell'immondizia. Colazione presso un bar non vicinissimo se avete bagagli pesanti. ATTENZIONE: se arrivate in auto e dovete scaricare i bagagli, perchè l'ingresso è all'interno di ZTL, e le telecamere non perdonano. Ovviamente ho preso la multa: colpa mia che dovevo leggere i cartelli, ma avrei preferito essere avvisato. In fin dei conti, allo stesso prezzo o con poco più meglio un hotel 4 stelle vero.
