Great location to centre of La Spezia and clean room.
The main door on the second floor did not lock and the room doors on several ovations did not close. Also the pins to access the keys are all the same bar the digit that correlates to your room. So anyone can take your key card. My wife was not comfortable being in the room on her own due to the poor security.
