Easy simple and great location

Very easily accessible from the street. Incredibly clean and great location. Also the staff which are accessible to contact on WhatsApp with any concerns are super kind and friendly.

Originally I was not aware that there would be no members of staff on the premises, also an explanation or picture of the front door would be helpful to make sure that all are aware of how the accommodation works would be good. Many thanks

Fabulous apartment in La Spezia

Unbelievable view. Air con. Near to restaurants, gelateria, bus to station and along the coast. Lovely walk along the harbour. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean with plenty of hot water.

The lift itself always worked but sometimes other residents failed to close the doors properly, so we had to retrieve the lift and we were on the 5th floor. Also the host tried to overcharge us for the residents tax which in La Spezia is capped at 5 nights. A microwave would have been useful.

Overall a good accomodation with a pleasant view.

Location and the view from the balcony was excellent. Facilities were clean and comfortable.

Aircon, while working seemed a little one size small and wasn’t able to cool the property enough. Washing machine was a great plus, but there wasn’t any dryer. Although, in our stay, it was quite dry and hot; and we were able to dry our washing outside - but if it was raining, then it would have been an issue.

It was not very good cleaned but I give it a credit since they prepared the room for us an hour before the actual check in time. We had dirty towels so we just bought new ones at the local store. Maybe the cleaning person was in a rush ….

Fabulous apartment with balcony in the center of La Spezia. Close to all attractions. Clean, convenient, comfy beds, premium location. Very easy communication with hosts. Everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Poor and stressful -only human contact was by phone

No access information - no passwords provided With a local help it took me almost 2 hrs to get passwords provided. Finding the property took at least half hour. The apartment was fine but firstly no air con control which was in entrance hall to all the apartments. With the control it was not efficient enough for temperature of 30 +

Fantastic apartment close to port/park and town. Easy to park close

We found it to be a fantastic location, right next to the port on a lovely park. Great views. Extremely clean, nice and warm. Everything you need. Easy to park close which I will put a picture up to show. Very safe area. On the picture, just by the garage on the seafront. There is a great place to pull in and park. You can park overnight there. And then it’s literally a three minute walk to the entrance to the apartments.

Scammed

Decent location.

We were basically scammed at this property. The ad said the apartment had “kitchenette” and we booked it because of it. It turns out it did not have, there were no answers from the property or Booking.com. Be VERY CAREFUL, this seems to be run by a company that does not care about lying on the ad, I would honestly skip this property just in case. The ad might say X but you will get Y and no one will be responsible for it.

More effort needs to be made to make the place comfortable. We never met the host.

The location is fabulous. Walking distance to a large area of cafes and restaurants.

There was a hot plate that was very difficult to use. Took 5 minutes each time to turn it on to boil the kettle. There would be no other reason to use it, so why not have an electric kettle and a coffee maker?? The pictures were deceiving. We thought we were getting a unit with a balcony as pictured. One room had 2 single beds pushed together and a dresser. The other room had a single bed with no pillows and a kitchen table and chairs. There was a sink in a small room when you entered. No comfortable chairs or a couch. The bathroom was ok and newly remodeled.

Great location and easy to get to :) room was spacious and staff at check in was lovely!

Just be mindful that not all apartments had a washing machine (easy fix as there was a laundromat a few minutes down the road. Unfortunately the apartment we had the bathroom shower seem to have had a draining issue, so you had to take super fast showers otherwise you'll be standing a pool of water ankle deep. We only stayed for 2 nights so it was just manageable.

It was OK.

It was clean, simple to find, easy to enter, good location. It had AC working well, dissent equipment in the room, nice size of bed. Nice bathroom. Good security. Close to Marina and downtown, walking distance.

Didn't have assigned parking, hard to find a space to park..Bed was not very comfortable, especially pillows what were very high and very hard, my neck hurts. There was all equipment needed in apartment, but nothing welcoming for tired travelers, like a small things: bottles of water in the fridge, or little bags of coffee, or a few tea bags. All was white and sterile.

NOT RECOMMENDED

We are very unhappy with this booking. The hotel are giving a false description of the room. We were supposed to have a terrace, which there was not. There was supposed to be garden + city view, which there was not (except if you stepped into the shower and moved to the rear of the cabin!). The description on Booking.com should be changed, so others will not be conned by the room advertising for this room. We booked this place because of the view, and we are looking into a wall. There should be garden view, according to the booking site, and there is not - we are facing the wall and windows of the building on the opposite side of the street. To add to that, the street door was locked, and we couldn’t get in when we arrived. A resident in the building let us in. We were given the wrong room number in the arrival communication. When we got into the room, there wasn’t even supplies to make a cup of tea, the bathroom doesn’t have any shelfs or hangers, and there was no remote control for the television. Also, there were many mosquitos in the room, which just added to negative experience. This has beeb a non-deluxe room experience, to say the least. We have paid 360€ for this booking, which is more than 130€ extra for than we would have paid for the other places we were looking at for our stay in La Spezia. This we did because of the view and the promise of a deluxe experience, as stated on the booking site. Staring into a wall is highly unacceptable, and the other conditions mentioned add to a negative experience. For the last ten days we have been trying to communicate with the hosts on both mail, Booking.com’s message service and WhatsApp, in order to get compensation from the false marketing and bad experience. We have had no reply whatsoever. We have travelled Italy for 5 weeks, and this has been out only bad hotel experience. We can absolutely not recommend this place, which we suspect that this might not be a hotel facility at all.

Short but sweet and cruisey

Great location, close to port and main town for shopping and ristorantes, clean and spacious for a 1 brm, very helpful staff member who was there when I arrived and helped me with entry to my room. Soooo happy the building had a lift as I was on one of the top floors, would gladly recommend this apartment to family & friends, great communication, A++++ host

La vue est magnifique. Simplicité pour accéder au coffre . La situation proche du port et du centre.

Seulement un micro ondes , pas de possibilité de cuisiner ( même faire cuire des pâtes) et manque d espace pour manger à 4 sur une table ( nous étions seulement 2 adultes et 2 enfants ).

Die Aussicht war gut

Es hat abartig aus den Abflüssen gestunken. Es war nicht ui ertragen. Trotz kühler Temperaturen mussten wir die ganze Nacht die Fenster geöffnet hanen. Dadurch war auch der Lärm aus der Umgebung zu laut. Die Musik um 2.30 Nachts war unerträglich. Viel zu teuer für das mit Abstand am schlechtesten Angebot in 15 Tagen Italien. Wir haben die schlechten Kommentare zur Kenntniss genommenund sind davon ausgegangen, dass die erwähnten Probleme behoben wurden. Aufgrund der insgesamt guten Bewertung. Für die Parkplatzsituation kann der Vermieter nicht zur Verantwortung gezogen werden. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Handseife war leer.

Lieu de l appart stratégique et immeuble propre, on se sent en sécurité

Il n y avait pas de petit déjeuner, en revanche l emplacement est très bien à mi chemin entre le port et la gare de la Spezia 20 minutes à pied. En revanche aucune insonorisation, on entend tout, même pour tirer la chasse d eau 😅

La salle de bain, pendant deux jours nous n avons pas pu nous laver, la douche était bouchée et ça sentait mauvais, dommage, personne n est venu pour régler le problème Heureusement on partait mais sans prendre de douche
