This is a great hotel to stay in La Spezia. From here, you can take a day trip to Pisa or Cinque Terre. They have great food especially Pizza at La Pia Centenara and Ramen at MIstay which is near this hotel.

Clean room, very nice receptionist Michaela.
Stairs to enter facility, view of close building, bo breakfast offered.

We loved the location and the stuff (Michela).
The room is spacious.
The rooms are not insulated enough from noise.
The toilets were not clean (there is mold inside the toilet).
The bathroom is not ventilated and the window cannot be opened.
