Lovely gardens and pool but out of town

The property is well maintained and the gardens and pool area are fantastic - really beautiful. Breakfast is lovely.

We found the location a little further out than we expected - were told about buses but they did not appear very regular so we used taxis.

Overpriced for the quality you get

Polite staff, nice Italian style breakfast, possible to park a car outside on the street. Good size pool.

We booked for a studio with sea view and got a room with no windows. The only moment when we could see the Sea was when leaving the room. The bunk bed for children had no protective barrier, so I think they should not offer the room for 4 persons. Then there were ants in the room. In general the area is not very nice and to reach the port you need to walk through not very pleasant territory. This is the first ever hotel where you could get a fine (35 Eur) if you check in after 18:00!

Good time in La Spezia

A little bit outside the city, although the walk there is pleasant on an old railway line. But a fantastic view over the city, the harbour and the distant mountains. Breakfast on the terrace next to the pool was a great way to start the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only one restaurant close by, a very simple family pizzeria. But the service was also friendly there, the atmosphere welcoming, and the pizzas excellent - we went there twice!

Impressive and very nice tiny studio in a large and modern villa. What a view on la Spezia airport, just from my bedroom window. It was as well a real pleasure to enjoy the great breakfast on the terrace, just next to the swimming pool, where it must be enjoyable to swim in summer time. All the personel was extremely friendly and polite City center easily reachable by bus nearby, or my walking about 10 min

Beautiful garden, good views and very clean bathroom.

Kitchenette was a bit poor, dishes were dirty and there wasn't even wineglasses. Also interiors good be so much nicer, if beds had mattress toppers and room would be decorated more scandinavian style.

Nothing fancy, but very comfortable for a family.

The pool was terrific. We used it each day when we got back. The rooms were a bit tired and dated although a good size. The shower was very small.

The air conditioning was not very good and it was incredibly hot. The view was marvelous but we were pretty far from everything. The place was very clean and the staff were exceptional.

After a very bad start it was ok but way too high priced.

The lady who served breakfast was wonderful. Also the pool was nice after a long warm day in town.

The lady who welcomed us was in a hurry and seemed to be more interested in other things than to welcome us. Also paying such an amount for a room without a window is absurd. The location is situated between two busy roads so calling it a quiet location is at least misleading. The bed was most likely comfortable for a fakir. The floor was more comfortable than the bed. All in all a very bad choice to stay.

Nice hotel

We loved the pool. The breakfast was fine.

The location was rather noisy, because of the bussy road. We didn't really mind, but it is good to know that the road is very near the property. Overall we had a good stay,. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the size of the room and the very hard beds. Our room (nr 1) had a pole in the middle of the room which made it very cramp. There is also a sort of kichenette in the (I can't believe anyone will use this) room, that takes up a lot of space. Better to take this out and make the room bigger.

Pleasant

Very friendly lady at the breakfast, breakfast was rather simple but good. Although the lady didn't speak English, she was very helpful. Location at 30 min walking distance from the center of La Spezia was perfect for us. Free parking on the other side of the road. Quiet rooms, clean bathroom and great pool.

Absence of staff. We had a very quick check in with a lady who obviously had no time. Besides her and the lady who served breakfast we didn't see anyone. Unclear how we needed to check out, eventually just left the key in the room. Furniture of the room was very old, especially the mattress needs to be replaced.

The place is a little bit out from the city, center but if you don't want to walk, an electric scooter will do good. The view from the accommodation is stunning, as well as the pool and the rooms. It's a lovely place to stay in La Spezia!

Great place with wonderful views and lovely staff.

The vibe of the place, amazing views, morning swim in the swimming pool and breakfast. I have to praise in particular the staff. They were very friendly and very helpful. I left a dress in a property which they took care of and helped to organise the courier. Marco, who was dealing with it was very kind and patient and I'm really grateful for all his help.

Pleasant staff but rooms are very dated and small. Like a bedsit. Was the most expensive option and hotel located in between 2 noisy main roads. The walk into town was ok. Views of naval base.

Only 1 serious negative point. Quality of the double bed was really bad. This really had to be fixed. It's hard and rolling to the middle and springs felt worse in my back.

La bâtisse est belle. La vue dégagée. Le parking dans la rue aisé et gratuit.

Le bruit : bruit de la rue très passante au dessus et en dessous, le double vitrage qui ne sert a rien. La porte de la chambre qui ne masque pas le bruit du couloir.

Chambres confortables, propres et insonorisées, la piscine était un vrai + en été et le petit-déjeuner était excellent et varié ! Toujours servi par Roberta qui était super souriante ! La vue depuis la piscine était agréable également 😊 Emplacement idéal pour visiter les 5 terres

Malheureusement pas de restauration le midi ou le soir donc il fallait prendre les transports pour aller dans le centre ville et les derniers bus sont autour de 21h.. il faut ensuite prendre un taxi pour le retour. Il y a une pizzeria a proximité qui était bien pratique !

Nous étions un groupe de 4 adultes Le lieu est magnifique, loin du centre mais très agréable avec une superbe vue.. les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est belle et suffisante avec un entourage spacieux. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Le personnel était à l’écoute et très sympathique Bel endroit, je recommande

Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind reizend und liebevoll angelegt.

Das Studio war so winzig, kaum Platz für 2 Koffer. Tisch und Stuhl vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar. Würde gewinnen, wenn die Kochnische entfernt wird, zumindest einen Meter mehr Lauffläche. Innen muss dringend modernisiert werden, insbesondere Schallschutzfenster. Schlafen ging selbst mit oropax schlecht.
