We booked two rooms (one double and one single) because we wanted both to have terrace access, and we were really happy to find out they were right next to each other. Perfect for traveling as a family!
Both rooms were amazingly equipped. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed for our stay. Super complete! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The whole place is beautifully designed, and the view is truly amazing.
We were traveling by car, so accessing the property was easy. There’s a free parking area nearby; since we visited off-season, we were able to find parking even though it was quite full. Just keep in mind that during high season it might get busy and more difficult to find a spot.
The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always there for anything we needed, very attentive and kind. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back!
There’s honestly nothing I can think of, everything was good!

Very clean and comfortable room/apartment (beautiful view). Everything you need for a comfortable stay. A little far from town if you don't have your own transportation - taxis mostly OK, but not always available.

The standard and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent, two double bedrooms, large shower room, third single galleried bedroom over the dining area & kitchen. Appliances included kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine & dishwasher. Pool was excellent, if a little cold. Stunning views, 40min walk to La Spezia train station, €15-€20 for taxi back (recommended due to steep hills). Great base for quieter evenings after a day sight seeing and rest days. Handy restaurant literally next door. Staff friendly and helpful. A welcome pack of biscuits & wine was a really nice touch.
Large flat screen TV in dining area.

Location for the view was great. The private veranda area was so nice to relax in the morning g and at night. The rooms with the windows facing the water were great to see the sunrise. The restaurant next door was nice.
Not a major as we had a car but the location was not walking distance from the town. Did not see many busses at the bus stop either. Our apartment (with the private veranda) had two flights of stairs to get up/down with luggage. Again not a major for us but be aware of that.

The apartment was spacious and had a lovely view over the bay. There is a lovely restaurant next door too.
We had the apartment with the mezzanine, the ceiling was unfortunately a bit too low for my husband (6ft). We slept on the sofa bed downstairs which was very comfortable.

The location of this property is outstanding. The vista, overlooking the bay, is magnificent. On arrival we were given a free upgrade to a very spacious apartment with every facility you could wish for. The accommodation was furnished and fitted out to a high standard. The restaurant next door was a bonus with excellent food.

From the moment you step into the apartment, the first thing that takes your breath away is the incredible view — endless blue stretching across the Gulf of La Spezia, dotted with sailboats and framed by the rolling Ligurian hills. Watching the sun rise and set over the water from the balcony felt like pure magic.

Excellent property, newly renovated with a nice pool
The location is a bit off with few restaurants nearby, but the restaurant that is next to Miramare is terrific!!

Absolutely incredible views. Plenty of space for a family of four. Pool was gorgeous.
AC was a little bit lacking, but not terrible. Address on Booking.com is wrong.

The room and property were wonderful. It is located a bit outside of town center, but honestly that's what we liked about it. It was quiet, and the room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and eqipment for coffee and cooking. There is an ATC bus stop right outside that takes you into La Spezia a few times a day. There is also a restaurant located right next to the property. Use the taxi service recommended by the hotel when needed. They also park outside the train station. We paid anywhere from 10-15€ to get to the property from the train station.
Limited on access to and from town center. We took taxi back each evening and to the train early morning.

The location and view over the harbor was fantastic. We loved being able to have our breakfast outside on the terrace, although the awning didn't completely protect us from the short rainfall. We had a very comfortable bed and slept well. The kitchenette has all the basics needed for an overnight stay including a kettle for tea drinkers. We especially appreciated the little package of cantucci and cookies on our arrival. We love those thoughtful details. As we didn't have a car, having a restaurant right next door was a real asset. We enjoyed the pizza there very much.
We booked Miramare for the view and the "heated pool" (as advertised). The view was fabulous, but the pool was definitely not heated! We will swim in cooler weather as long as the pool is not freezing cold which was the unfortunate case. We were disappointed. We only met the staff on check-out. There was no cordiality or attempt to find out if we enjoyed our stay which left us thinking we probably won't book here again. Again, it's the details that matter.

Very comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view is incredible and it’s in a quiet neighborhood.
The location was a bit out of the way. You need to take a taxi everywhere but the view makes up for it.

Christopher was super helpful and polite. The views were amazing and even though it rained, we still were able to enjoy the property with 4 different units and a large group in total. We had two people in our party who had a birthday and the property had a nice surprise for the birthday people upon arrival.
Pizza next door at Al Settimo Cielo was amazing and people working there were very nice as well.
Overall a great experience.

Stunning views, gorgeous pool, nice to have own terrace area too. Inside was lovely, bed very comfortable, great facilities.
The restaurant next door was very welcoming with delicious food, and the same stunning view. The little bar the other side couldn’t help enough, very friendly- great place to get some beer and nibbles.
Walk down steps to main road to buy cheap bus ticket to Porto Venere, absolutely stunning place, and go for swim in Byron’s Grotto before catching boat to Cinque Terre. Perfect.
It is a little bit difficult to get places if you don’t have car - we didn’t mind the walk down steps to carry on to La Spezia for supplies, or to Porto Venere, but is difficult to get taxi back (kind shop helped us out by calling for us)- would be fantastic if Miramare had contact at a local taxi for guests to call if needed? But Miramare is a beautiful place, if you are fairly fit and don’t mind a taxi back, do not hesitate-I will return without hesitation.

the view was breathtaking. the pool was amazing! the location for visiting Cinque Terre by train was convenient.
limited contact with staff. difficult access to groceries, water etc. to be fair, they offered to supply the apartment in advance and we did not take them up on the offer. I would recommend showing up with essentials.

It was a big room with nice terrace.
Everything else was terrible. The beds were old and hurt my back. The pillows were so flat and didn’t feel clean. The location was the worst to reach and ‘free private parking’ was nowhere, you just had to park on the street. To reach the train station, we had to find a parking garage but everything is full so we had to drive back & take a €30 taxi to the train station & €30 back. When we asked for the host what she would advice and she said ‘have patience’ after waiting 1h30 for a parking spot. Very arrogant host & no service with checkin etc. Would not recommend this at all.

Amazing views, wonderful terrace, spacious, clean. Also, next door to a wonderful pizzeria
Absence of staff, difficulty in coming and going from the apartment(into the centre), no toiletries provided (other than shampoo and soap), no pool towels or slippers, no groceries provided even though I ordered them and there was an 'okay' confirmation

The apartment is lovely, terrace area overlooks the infinity pool with hills as backdrop and La Spezia port well below. The pool is lovely and well kept, very clean.
Great place to get away from the busy Cinque Terre route and relax.
Cleaning staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly, not sure about the hosts as we never met them.
Really didn't pick up from the description how far away from La Spezia it is and how 'a car is highly recommended' actually should say 'is the only way you'll be able to access amenities easily'.
Without a car you have to use taxis; the distance given to the port is 'as the crow flies' and whilst we're happy to walk we couldn't have walked to La Spezia, it's a good 15 minute taxi ride to La Spezia, costing anything between 12 and 27 euros (with luggage).
The bar mentioned in the description was only open one of the nights we were there contrary to the opening hours given by Miramare and the bar itself is more of a social billiards club for the men of the village. The bar owner was friendly but there's no bar atmosphere.
Despite saying there's a convenience store nearby, again that's only if you have a car, otherwise it's a 15/ 20 minute walk down a very steep set of steps or on a main road. However once there there's a lovely bakery, with pizza, foccaccia, etc and a local bar.

Top quality fixtures and fittings. Garden and pool area. view.
Local shop has closed. No elevator. No bathroom facilities by the pool.

Fabulous view of the harbour and a large patio to enjoy sipping coffee. The best thing about this place it was away from the crowds of cinque terre. Cinque terre was pretty but the real charming fishing towns are Cadimare and fazzano with delicious local restaurants. we wouldn’t have found these 2 villages without the suggestion of the front desk. Portovenere had more history, charm and beach then any of the five cinque terre towns

The views were gorgeous, the room was clean and updated.
Wifi was inconsistent and location was fairly far from the town. There was parking nearby but none of it was reserved.
