    We had very nice 2 days in Firenze Hotel at La Spezia. Location is great (2 mins from train station and 5 minutes from city center). Hotel was clean staff was kindly. We will definitely come back to visit Cinque Terre again ad Hotel Firenze will be out first choice.

    The common areas were excellent, We were in a superior room, it had a very comfortable bed but a bit dated decor and the cleaning in between stay wasn’t of a standard of a good hotel. The water and toiletries were not replenished after the 1st day of the stay. The breakfast staff were lovely and the breakfast was very nice.

    A great hotel. Excellent facilities and staff. So close to the train station but no excess noise. Just perfect and so easy! Top it off with a great breakfast. Crazy to pass up this hotel Rob & Karen (Australian)
