My opinion.

Location and cleanliness.

Too noisy. They should put in writing a time pm/am where everyone have to respect, the others tennants..., therefore make it as rule of the building..

Cosy apartment close to town center. Good value for money.

Clean and close to the train station (10 minutes walk) if you want to travel to Cinque Terre. Walking distance to the shopping and restaurants area. The owner gave us some information about restaurants.

The room was big and clean,quiet. They were super nice to let us check in a bit earlier. :)

I wish they would have had at least 2 glasses and a spoon, knife. Little details that would make a big difference :)

Great room with very well designed facilities and great host and staff, very friendly and helpful. Stayed here as a base to visit Cinque Terre and was given helpful tips by the host on other places to visit as well. Host also helped with info about buying tickets, and other practical day to day tips which was really useful.

The location was a bit too far from the main train station to walk alone in the night without feeling uncomfortable as a solo female traveller (nothing about the hotel itself of course)

The staff was very kind and professional. The room was small and basic but clean and quiet. Very well located, in walking distance to the train station, the city center and boat trasportation to the Cinque Terre Good value for the price

There was no breakfast and the room window opened on a small and dark courtyard surrounded by buildings so It felt a bit claustrophobic

Freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang nach Vereinbarung per WhatsApp. Moderne Ausstattung. Sehr schnelles WiFi. Gutes Bett. Rollladen zum Insekten-Schutz. Lage im Zentrum. Die Sauberkeit. Freundliche Reinigungskraft!

Etwas hellhörig. Der eigentlich nütziche Insekten-Rollladen ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen. Aussicht auf heruntergekommenen Hinterhof.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y todo estaba muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. La chica de la limpieza encantadora. La ubicación inmejorable.

Se echan en falta algunos percheros para colgar las toallas, etc.

La situation de l'appartement est bonne, proche du port et du centre, d'excellent restaurants sont à 2 pas par contre penser à réserver !
