Spacious and super modern and clean! The balcony was so cute and nice! Finding the room being cleaned for us after a long day was so kind and great! Staff is super helpful, kind and friendly!

Excellent location!

Excellent location, very close to the train station, the city center, and the marina. The apartment is very clean, new, and has an amazing, cute balcony. Giulia is a very kind and helpful host, always available if needed. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s is brand new, beautifully decorated and super comfortable!

Getting in late at night we had a little trouble finding which door in the dark. however the host was readily, called and walked us through. Very responsive!

Great newly furnished apartment right where you want to be.

The room looked very well maintained and cared for. The staff were very quick in their responses. Very close to the central area and the train station. The balcony was a favorite of my wife. My wife appreciated having extra pillows and the comforter, as it got a little chilly at night.

The comfort level of the bed was OK, but could be improved. On the communications regarding accessing the room, it would be good to indicate the door number on the third floor that you pass through first, to access the door to your room.

Giulia è stata da subito molto disponibile riservandoci la camera che avevamo visto sul sito. La camera è accogliente e pulita e con tutti i servizi necessari. Il letto è comodo. La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro e vicino alla stazione. Non ci resta che ritornare!

Quartiere poco curato e sporco, manca ascensore, stanza non isolata acusticamente: vicini (credo gli ospiti del b&b a fianco) rumorosi nelle ore notturne.

L'emplacement est idéale pour ceux qui viennent en train à la Spezia, entre la gare et le centre historique. La vue de la chambre est exceptionnelle. Propreté irréprochable

Attention le lit grince un peu. C'est un vieil immeuble peu insonorisé. Pour ceux qui ont du mal avec les escaliers : la vue se paye ! à éviter pour ceux qui ont mal aux jambes.

Bra, men på tok för många trappor.

Frukost ingick inte. Nytt och fräscht, fin utsikt. Centralt läge. Enkel in och utcheckning.

Fanns inte kokmöjligheter, alltså inte en lägenhet, bara ett uthyrningsrum. Massor med trappor från gatan. Dessutom tredje våningen utan hiss. Inget för otränade.

Excellent comme emplacement et hospitalité.

La chambre est parfaite avec le petit balcon. L’accueil s’est bien déroulé, un peu d’avance mais aucun problème, on m’accueille à bras ouverts. Quelques collations et breuvages nous attendent. Merveilleux!

Molto pratico il check-in automatico, la stanza e il bagno privato davvero pulitissimii, dotati di ogni confort. Apprezzatissimi il climatizzatore, il phon, il balconcino privato e il vanity kit in bagno. La proprietaria gentilissima e pronta ad accontentare e dare consigli. Che dire, un soggiorno molto soddisfacente! Rimarrete soddisfatti!!!!!

Giulia, verten, var så hyggelig og svarte på alt vi lurte på med en gang😊 Vi fikk mange gode tips via WhatsApp. Det var rent og pent, stille og rolig og ikke langt fra togstasjonen. God seng, og helt greit for to, tre dager. La Spezia er et fint utgangspunkt for Cinque Terre.

Det er en lang trapp opp til inngangen, så litt tungt med bagasjen. Ellers var ikke utsikten fra balkongen som forventet, men alt var i grunnen ok for oss.

Decorado a la perfección y con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Hasta te proveen con zapatillas de casa en el armario. Muy cómodo y las anfitrionas son excepcionales. Recomiendo encarecidamente.

Definitivamente, no podría haber sido mejor!

Fue la mejor decisión haberlos elegido! Giulia fue servicial desde el primer contacto! Nos espero y nos brindo información sobre la zona. El espacio estaba impecablemente limpio. A unas pocas cuadras de la estación de trenes, sin ruidos de ciudad. Justo en espacio, toallones enormes y suaves, cama y almohadas cómodas!!! Todo es idéntico a las fotos y mejor, incluso han hecho limpieza en medio de la estancia. Detalles como pantuflas, dulces y café ayudan para sentirse cómodo al llegar, incluso nos sorprendieron con un riquísimo proseco y bombones de regalo por nuestro 25 aniversario de casados en la primer noche! Que no los desanime la escalinata, vale la pena cada escalón, porque por la ventana la vista es increíble, y una pena no puedan olerse las imágenes, salir al balcón y sentir el jazmín y la albahaca fue incomparable! Gracias Giulia&Fianzato, una pena no poder llevarnos su espacio a cada rincón que visitemos en Italia! Recomendamos 100% y esperamos poder volver pronto! Los esperamos en Bs As! Cariños!
