Si vas con equipaje el acceso es complicado ya que hay muchas escaleras para acceder a esa calle y no hay ascensor

Many, many thanks to the owner of the apartment for the possibility of early check-in to drop off our bags. Apartment Mare has a beautiful balcony with Mountain View and the ambience is just MARE. All furnitures are new, and the whole apartments is very clean. Amazing accommodation in La Spezia. I recommend it!

Clean, spacious and perfect location in the heart of La Spezia. Sitting on the balcony in the evening gives a calm vacation mode. Great communication with the owner. Quite area with plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby. The room is on the 3d floor with no elevator. Trash is picked up in the weekdays.
Due to high humidity in August, the towels became a little smelly after 5 nights.
