Great stay and host

Stayed only one night in this apartment and would do it again if i'm ever in La Spezia. Very centrally, located and near lots of restaurants. Room was very clean and spacious. But the best part was the host, Romina,, who was in constant communication and very helpful.

La Spezia is a lovely city

Spacious shared space. Very lovely hosts. Nice upstairs terrace.

It is many many stairs away from the main town - even exiting 2 flights from main entrance is 100 stairs to exit. So always a big walk to go anywhere. No restaurants are close by.

Five days in that lovely pleace

It was a pleasure for us to stay in that pleace. The way Romina welcomed us was wonderful. She is a very nice and helpful person. The room was very clean and well-kept, we had everything we needed. A big advantage is definitely the terrace on the roof. The location is also great. We really recommend it! Thank you so much Romi!

Es muy recomendable pero sabiendo que no es una casa completa sino que es un espacio compartido

Parece que está lejos del centro pero tiene un par de ascensores por los que accedes muy cómodamente al centro La persona responsable se portó muy bien con nosotros, tuvimos un problema de salud y se portaron muy bien

Es Importante aclarar en la descripción que son habitaciones con baño compartido y no es un alquiler de una casa. Los espacios comunes son compartidos .

Schöne Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt in die Cinque Terre

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr freundliche Wirtin, tolle Dachterasse mit schönem Blick über La Spezia. Es ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Soggiorno ottimo, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort, cucina condivisa con un proprio tavolo e terrazza grandissima sempre condivisa con una vista magnifica di tutta La Spezia. Si trovava a 15 minuti dalla stazione e a 5 minuti dal porto.

Une adresse élégante et pratique dans une magnifique maison liberty de la Spezia, situé sur les hauteurs pour une vue sur toute la ville, au calme absolu, dans un quartier superbe et centrale. Une magnifique chambre haute sous plafond, avec salle bain impeccable dans un très bel appartement doté d'une magnifique terrasse.Une belle salle à manger avec jolie cuisine qui permet de faire ses repas ou petit déjeuner ce qui est bien pratique. A quelques minutes du centre ville, du port et du centre ville relié par desc ascenseurs. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, un parking gratuit à 5 min de l'appartement. Un accueil au top , la propriétaire n'habite pas sur place. Une adresse en or pour ceux qui veulent et visiter les Cinque Terre et découvrir une bien jolie ville
