Very easy access to the property. Francesco is very helpful and accommodates individual needs. Everything was really fine. Breakfast was not included in the price, so I have nothing to say about that.

I approached this place as a budget room with a bathroom just for sleeping, and that’s exactly what I found, so I can’t say anything negative.

It was overall nice

Good room, nice shower, great price!

To check in you had to call the owner and we could not call with our international phone numbers. We had to go across the street to the convient store to call the host— We also struggled with the door/lock.

We were surprised how comfortable and clean the room was, it had all we could need and even more equipment like several towels and a hair dryer.

The location is good, you can reach the secondary train station by 15 minute walk. There were some really good restaurants to eat near the place. Of course the location isn’t the most central one, but it’s worth because of the price and the comfort it offers.

Bem localizado e confortável.

O quarto estava bem localizado, a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da estação de la spezia migliarina e 20 min a pé do centro de La Spezia. A cama era muito confortável e a casa de banho muito boa.

Só faltou o frigobar. As vezes os outros hospedes faziam muito barulho com a porta, mas isso depende de quem está hospedado.

Muffa in bagno , vetri sporchi, porta del bagno sporco, rapporto qualità prezzo non buono, piumone puzzava , ci sono due letti mi ne ha preparati uno ( ho pagato per due ) non sono riuscito a guardare la televisione, letto scomodo
