The apartment was very hot and there was no AC. It was a ling walk from the historic center and the restaurants. The price was reasonable, but I’d choose something else if you are looking for comfort and ease of access to the downtown.

Vanity in bathroom leaked all over the floor after opening bottom drawer. Front door difficult to open. Room over scented.Full of mosquitoes. Need I say more.

Very disappointed. Got text from owner that they were "overbooked".. the text was in Italian and I had to translate it on the Internet.. the phone number in the text/booking did not pick-up my phone call.. text advised that I go to another accommodation 40 minutes away from La Spezia. Since I want to La Spezia in order to visit Cinque Terre, this was far from practical. Hotels.com support helped arrange better alternative in the end. Think twice before booking this property.

Was a bit like staying in a dungeon, oxygen to breathe would be helpful, lack of owner contact, full of mosquitoes, leaking ceramic pots to drink from, breakfast voucher at nearby cafe was to the value of €8 but only hot drink & bread offered.Never again I’m afraid !
