We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!

Severe lack of parking. We waited 2 hours outside waiting for someone to leave before we could park. Other choice was to park offsite down the hill and walk back. All parking taken up by local residents, no designated hotel parking so if you have a car you may want to chose another hotel.

Location is very nice with public parking conveniently located next to the hotel. The room itself is very small. We were very tight with our bags open in the room. The bathroom was actually a bit more spacious. It could’ve been the room we stayed in. Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar has an amazing view. Overall I would stay in the hotel again.

excellent condition. Great breakfast. Good shower and bathroom, proper shampoo bottles.5 mins walk from the main shoreline and booking of tours. Waking distance to Piazza's. Good size beds and soft linen's.Good air conditioning in rooms, we were there at the time of the heatwave. Highly recommend this compared to other hotels we stayed in.

Although clean and maintained, it is extremely noisy you can hear basically everything from guests in other rooms. The location is a bit far from the train station and transportation to and from wasn’t as easy. Breakfast needs to improve

I stayed as a VIP and the gift I was to receive was not provided until the end of my stay. We were offered an appetizer and drinks welcome in the evening at the rooftop, and once we arrived there, we were told that we needed to reserve, so we didn’t receive any drinks or appetizers. We were offered some potato chips and that was all. As we went down to reception to explain, we were given some sliced cake that was there for days as it was very dry and hard. Not happy with this location at all.

It was a fine property. Far from the train and not really convenient to the bus. Food was meh. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast. But it was clean.

Nice clean hotel. Alex was very helpful from the front desk. Drinks were good, but the offering for dinner was a little sparse. A bit out of the way, but not bad. Very walkable from the bus. Beautiful and safe area. comfortable bed and nice hot shower with rain head

Room was clean and comfortable. Would gave bot picket thus place to visit Cinque Terre. We had to take a bus to the train station and tgen the train to gisit all the 5 towns. Note to management. Have better food. We were served food that was not fresh.

It was very good. Staff extremely helpful and lots recommendations. Breakfast at the hotel very good choices, and would highly recommend taking the rate with breakfast included, unless you have a car. They have a restaurant very good too. Hotel has a nice terrace port view and great to have drinks that you get at the lobby bar.

The rooms were cute, clean, and well appointed, and the property was recently renovated. They have the most georgous rooftop views, as well as from our room. It wont let me upload photos, but trust me its amazing! The staff was also very nice.
