Large room but dirty bed, super low quality

The property was very well located, the room spacious, but the bed and every furniture very old, uncomfortable, it was dirt below the bed linen and on yen matelas, my skin was itching at night. The bathroom was really really cheap and uncomfortable to use. It was way too expensive for such a poor quality. I was only happy to have a big space close to the boats to isola palmaria

Close to the beach and center. Great attention, great value for money. The owner facilitated our early check-in. It corresponds with the description and is good for short stays.

Can‘t recommend it

We arrived and had to really search. The landlord writes on WhatsApp all the time instead of coming down to see us. We lost a lot of time. The shower is also not working well. The room looks different in real life.

Just to sleep, no good value.

Clean and good location

Checking late, no hand towel in the shared bathroom, no internet and not calm, boise from the street and small noises in the room (water or electric board?) which was annoying.

Room was clean and spacious, much better than expected.

Only thing I can say that wasn't great about it was the shower felt dark and cramped, not sure why you'd use an actual certain for the shower instead of like a plastic sheet but each to their own.

No Wifi,. Despite being told this on arrival the problem was not solved during my 3 night stay Not in the location advertised, 8mins away but not told this until I arrived. No facilities. This is shown in booking facilities but I would at least expect a kettle and cups to make a hot drink. Room very basic with boiler in it so everyone someone had a shower I had the noise of the boiler. No bin, no mirror in room. Uncomfortable pillow, one of those that feels like small pieces of sponge cut up Didn't expect much at this price but overpriced considering no Wifi and absolutely no extra facilities eg kettle

Location was great.

The place is rundown, towel, sheets are worn. Kitchen was not operational. We were a group of college students so we could not afford more. Everything was in cash, so beware. Staff spoke no English.

bedbug epidemic!! dangerous!!!!! Don’t believe to booking and this housing

by the way, the administrator knew about it, i asked at the very beginning. the owner, who in addition to this apartment has other bedbug infestations, does not even know, as a businessman, that it is necessary to carry out monthly insect treatment!!! she says that it is enough to wash the bed linen - you are a genius of business! nobody will help you in this situation: i had to move out early in the morning, i did not sleep all night. neither booking, nor the owner offered help - booking could have reimbursed the funds and paid for the insurance, the owner could have at least given an iron, but nobody helped!!!! i understand that you can get tired on the road, just like me, i needed a place to stay overnight in this city, but there were no cheaper options and in the center, but i beg you, it is better to spend the night at the station, choose something nearby in the lerici area (buses go everywhere there), but do not book this accommodation - it is unsanitary. there are bedbugs in every room. i have all the evidence. booking close this apartment, don't disgrace yourself

Dear tourists, forgive me for not believing your reviews and checking into this apartment, hoping for the prudence and responsibility of booking. There is an epidemic of bedbugs in this apartment!!! Because of this apartment I had to move out, throw out my things, wash them for a day and iron them. After this apartment my vacation was hell! Believe me, even if you stay for one night (they may not bite you), but you will take them with you to take away, spreading the swarm further.

It was alright, except for the hidden charge.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

No AC, which is fine, what I didnt like was the hidden fee they charge. I was charged initially 40 euro cash by the management and then we argued, they ended at 15 euro and I had to give up 15 euro for an early check in (2 hours earlier). It was very unpleasant, I understand paying for early check in, but over message they told me 10€, then I got there and they demanded 40€, finally I ended paying 15€. Still was NOT the price we agreed upon. Other than that, the stay is what you would expect, its a regular / dirty bathroom, a regular room with no AC, a fan, a bed and a big couch. The stay WOULD have been better but that hidden charge just pissed me off.

Very very basic lack of guest care

On the positive side, the room was big and spacious. Very good location, close to city center and the ferries!

I’m not a demanding traveler and I usually adapt easily, but this place really is only suitable if you need a bed for a night or two and want to stay close to the city center. It’s extremely basic and lacks any kind of care or attention. The woman who welcomed me was not friendly at all—very few words and quite rude. The overall cleanliness was average at best: the shared bathroom wasn’t great, and my bed sheets and pillowcases smelled like someone else had already used them. Not pleasant. They don’t provide a proper towel for the shower—just two small ones that also didn’t smell very fresh. No shower soap is provided either. they also charge you €5 just to store your luggage after check-out, which felt a bit much considering the already minimal service. Wouldn’t recommend it for more than one or two nights, and only if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep without expecting much else.

we had a pleasant stay

the apartment is really luxurious and in an amazing location, communication with the owner was a bit hard since she didn’t know english but she was very kind, the room is very spacious although a bit empty and a very nice view from the balcony

the floors were a bit dirty, wifi was only working from time to time, we had a shared balcony which is a bit of a risk but it was fine thankfully, overall the cleaning was a bit neglected but other that that everything was fine

So close to everything you need, restaurants, harbor, train station, etc.

it was kind of run down, cleanliness could have been better but it was sufficient for what we paid.

Very good

The only unfortunate things was the level of noise from other guests. The place echos and the guests there were rather loud with their doors and chats. But that is to be expected when using hostel style places. Bring ear plugs 👍

Didn’t stay because they wouldn’t let us :)

Everything from the beginning was a little suspicious. We booked a room and I was calling them to see when the latest I could check in was. The hotel kept cancelling my calls and insisted we communicate via SMS. They told us if we weren’t there in 5 mins, our reservation would be cancelled. I simply said I’m already downstairs, I just want you to open the building door for me. They replied saying “coming” followed by a few minutes of silence and “Sorry we can NOT receive you” because apparently the bathroom’s not working. And just like that they stopped replying and turned their phone off and we were left to look for another place to take us in late at night.

Not a comfortable place.

To be honest, the only thing I liked is that I was the only one in the whole place.

The bed was really bad. The mattress old and so hard I couldn't sleep comfortable. I haven't slept in that kind of matress anywhere in a first world country. Maybe in India, but I was not expecting that. The room was cold, no heater. The blanquet wasn't enough. I'm glad I was the only one, because there was just one shower/restroom for a lot of rooms.
