Location is very nice with public parking conveniently located next to the hotel. The room itself is very small. We were very tight with our bags open in the room. The bathroom was actually a bit more spacious. It could’ve been the room we stayed in. Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar has an amazing view. Overall I would stay in the hotel again.

Nice stay at the apartment, with a bottle offered upon arrival! Convenient to go to La Spezia center even without a car (via the stairs) Great and friendly advice on getting around and visiting cinque terre from the staff

I stayed as a VIP and the gift I was to receive was not provided until the end of my stay. We were offered an appetizer and drinks welcome in the evening at the rooftop, and once we arrived there, we were told that we needed to reserve, so we didn’t receive any drinks or appetizers. We were offered some potato chips and that was all. As we went down to reception to explain, we were given some sliced cake that was there for days as it was very dry and hard. Not happy with this location at all.

It was a fine property. Far from the train and not really convenient to the bus. Food was meh. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast. But it was clean.

Nice clean hotel. Alex was very helpful from the front desk. Drinks were good, but the offering for dinner was a little sparse. A bit out of the way, but not bad. Very walkable from the bus. Beautiful and safe area. comfortable bed and nice hot shower with rain head

Room was clean and comfortable. Would gave bot picket thus place to visit Cinque Terre. We had to take a bus to the train station and tgen the train to gisit all the 5 towns. Note to management. Have better food. We were served food that was not fresh.

Breakfast at the hotel very good choices, and would highly recommend taking the rate with breakfast included, unless you have a car. They have a restaurant very good too. Hotel has a nice terrace port view and great to have drinks that you get at the lobby bar.

The rooms were cute, clean, and well appointed, and the property was recently renovated. They have the most georgous rooftop views, as well as from our room. It wont let me upload photos, but trust me its amazing! The staff was also very nice.

A great option to stay at La Spezia ( beautiful city by the way). I was impressed by the professionalism of their front desk staff. I forgot my laptop in the room and the front staff personally recovered it for me. Breakfast was great, location convenient, better accessed by taxi or a decent walk if you are into hiking and enjoying the vibe and beautiful views. Looking forward to my next stay 💖💖💖

Property was in a decent location with an excellent view of the city from the under-utilized rooftop. The parking is street/city parking spots outside the property (not reserved) and can be very difficult to come by. I would hate to have been there during peak tourist season looking for parking. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, recommend eating the delicious food out in town. Staff at check in and when I had difficulty finding parking was outstanding and very helpful. Staff: 5 Stars. Accommodation: 3 Stars.

The hotel is fine but the rooms are very noisy. I could hear my neighbor snore all night long., people talking loud late in the night. Could not get a good night sleep

La Spezia isn’t the most beautiful city and if you want to use it as a hop to Cinque Terre then don’t. You spend 20 EUR on train tickets and additional 20 EUR to walk 20 minutes. The rest of the cost line trail is blocked. So you can either choose to take the train or a boat between the villages. If they want tourists then repair the trail and make a better marking. Most people we saw was lost already in the first village.

Mattress has pee stains that show through the sheets. Paper shin walls hear other room guests as if they were in your room. Location just ok.

Staff was very nice, room was clean, breakfast was good. Parking was insufficient as were dinner options for kids with limited dining nearby. View was beautiful. Air conditioning struggled - was hotter in the room when we left than when we arrived despite having the air on the entire time. Dead bugs in the corridors and on stairs.
