La struttura è accogliente e il fatto che sia ad un piano terra non costituisce un problema. Ha un cortile interno attrezzato, un elemento positivo che permette di trascorrere momenti all'esterno all'ombra di ombrelloni da giardino. La signora Carmen è stata gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle necessità del mio soggiorno.
Un rumore di fondo durante la notte -- non so se proveniente da un condizionatore esterno o dall'area del porto -- può essere di disturbo.
