Confortable for 4 people and good AC. Clean and the area is nice. It's old, but everything works ok.

Parking free was difficult to find. The kitchen was locked. The location is 30 minutes walking from the city center.

La Spezia is interesting and there is a lot to discover. We had two marvellous days.

As public transport is limited especially in the evening, it is a bit too far away from the historic center. It has a superb balcony and a coffee at the ground floor for breakfast.

Shower has mouldy gaskets and seals. Furniture is rather old.

The room is nice tidy and clean.

I hope that linens are regularly washed since covid is still around. Also the shower is hard to use most of the time very hot and then suddenly very cold. A bit far from garden and museo.

In summary, we left a day earlier than we had paid for.

It is roomy but missed table and chairs in apartment.

Bad madrass in the master bed, way too soft, no table and chairs inside. Description said terrace but it was a tiny balcony with a tiny table and very uncomfortable small chairs. There was fairly room for the three of us in the balcony. It is extremely poorly isolated walls between the apartments so in the end we knocked on the wall to alert quarreling neighbors that they were disturbing as late as midnight There was a water boiler, a coffee machine, four cups and four spoons, and a small fridge so even a simple homemaid breakfast was a challenge. For this size of apartment, without any possibility to make nothing more than a cup of coffee or tea, and very few restaurants in the neighbourhood it is not worth the price.

Superb

The facility is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the port with all necessary facilities that maybe you will need (supermarket, farmacy). We asked for a few thinks and they instantly replayed helping us. I liked that the stuff are interest about who is staying there and leave messages in our language.

Good value for money

The place was very clean, all linen clean and smelling fresh. Good size rooms. Easy accessibility and good instructions from the host. The host responded fast to the messages. There is a small fridge and coffee and tea options. Welcome drinks and snacks. All very nice!

Unfortunately, there was to table inside the place where we could enjoy a cup of coffee of a glass a wine in the evening. There was enough space to have a fold out table or a round table with 4 chairs in the master bedroom. This we really missed as a family of 4.

Stay in La Spezia

Very clean, big rooms, nice little balcony. Incredibly nice owners, left us a message in our mother language saying there’s a bottle of Prosecco for us!

It is far away from the city center. It depends on what you want to do in the evening, but the poet area and restaurants are around 2km away. Buses only go until 20 pm to the city center. The walking is safe, but still quite difficult after dinner. The kitchen! It is not existent. Actually there’s a coffee maker and a fridge. I was surprised because I have understood there’s one. If you like eating yogurt in the morning, there are no spoons. You can have coffee, but you need to wash the cups in the toilet sink. Quite bizarre. If you want some eggs, forget them. I mean, it is quite weird to find an apartment without cuisine. Take a good look at the photos and the description. And there’s not really a lot of places where you can go for breakfast around the apartment (if you don’t eat bread and bread for breakfast).

Il check in era semplice, la posizione ottima ed il parcheggio nei dintorni si trova facilmente e di notte non si paga tassametro . Le 2 stanze erano accoglienti ed i cuscini erano abbastanza comodi. C’era qualcosa per la colazione ed un ottima macchina del caffè. Grazie mille per l’aperitivo di benvenuto e per tutte le informazioni sulla città Portovenere e 5 terre 🫶🏻🤙🏻

La casa era un po’ datata. Difronte al terrazzo attualmente c’era il cantiere del palazzo difronte. Non essendoci la cucina mi aspettavo che ci fossero 2 camere da letto effettive, invece là camera con il terrazzo aveva il divano letto che per fortuna non era troppo scomodo. La cameretta aveva solo una lampada da dover staccare dalla presa perché un po’ vecchiotta, il lampadario era fulminato. Nulla di troppo grave comunque, il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente
