L'acceuil était vraiment agréable, notre hotesse parle français, et est aux petits soins pour nous.
Le français aide lorsqu'on a que qques bases d'Italien limitées.
La maison est dans les hauteurs de la Spezia, l'accès en bus était un peu chaotique et fatiguant après le voyage en train, mais la vue est si belle qu'elle se mérite ! La maison est magnifique, la chambre très confortable, avec ventilateur et petit frigo, nous avons été accueillis avec un verre d'eau bien fraîche , le temps de nous expliquer toute la logistique pour visiter les Cinque Terre. 3 restaurants à tester dans ces hauteurs, pensez à réserver avant ! Le eptit déjeuner est vraiment super, vue magnifique de la terrasse, et très garni, il y en a pour tous les gouts !
Rien à améliorer, je suis ravie de mon choix, d'avoir rencontré cette hotesse formidable et je reviendrai sans aucun doute si nous repassons par là

Location was perfect! Great view. The place was beautiful and clean. First floor room with a big bed and huge balcony. Attached bathroom. Small fridge in the room. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace. Our host Paola was available and welcoming, providing us information about attractions in area, as well as a train timetable to Cinque Terre.
Room was a little bit outdated. No access to the kitchen fridge. No TV and AC, but for us these were not a problem.
Private parking accessible only for AWD cars, we parking our car on the street

Prima locatie om 5 terre te bezoeken. De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het was leuk ontbijten op het terras buiten, en zeer lekker. Uitgebreide charcuterie, toast en verschillende locale gebakjes.
- De private parking was moeilijk te bereiken (stijle oprit) maar parking op straat is wel gratis. Enkel in de avond kan het wel druk zijn vanwege het restaurant.
- Badkamer was klein en hierdoor iets onhandiger in gebruik
