Local to all you need and host helpful

Local to everything you need. Few minutes walk from the train station. Host was helpful.

There was no lift so not great with the flights of stairs with big cases plus a bit dark.

Pleasant stay

The property is clean and neat

The location is a bit far fr the train station. The keys aren’t easy to draw and we can’t use the lift and it was really inconvenient as we had big luggage to lug up 2.5 storeys of steps.

Host very responsive just was unable to fix the problem

Easy walk from the train station . New modern bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need for a short stay

The internet was not working most of our stay which meant we also could not watch tv. Room is incredibly small and very inconvenient having the external bathroom which you had to lock when not in use so unlocking the bedroom then the bathroom in the middle of the night was disrupting my spouse sleeping. Also the main door was very difficult to open so a bit frustrating after 24 hrs of nonstop travel not being able to get the door open

Very clean, comfortable accommodation ideally located to visit the Cinque Terra area by train.

The location of this property was excellent for visiting the Cinque Terra area - 10min walk from railway station and 15min walk from main square and eating areas. The accommodation itself is really nice, comfortable, very clean, just like staying in a really nice hotel room, there is also a little kitchen area with a fridge and water supplied everyday, which we really appreciated. We took breakfast included, this was in a local cafe, which was a great experience, eating breakfast with the locals and watching all coming and going - the staff at this cafe were just the best, so welcoming and friendly.

The only downsides were if you travel by car, getting carparking is very difficult, if you are lucky and do get to park anywhere near to the property on the blue spots, this will cost you 12-13€ per day. All underground parking in the train station was constantly full. It also works out very expensive to park at the train station. No access to the lift, there is a lift in the property but it is not accessible to people staying in Switch 9 rooms, there are lots of stairs up to the Rooms, use of the lift would be beneficial.

Everything was perfect in the apartment, modern and clean. Comfortable with great location near the train station.

The building is a little old and has no elevator, but not something that the host can change. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Great value in La Spezia

Beautiful room. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely, highly responsive staff. Easy walk to La Spezia train station. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Overall great value for the price.

Walls are not soundproof. Sound from other rooms and floors is very audible. However, it was perfectly quiet overnight.

Jako ugodno iskustvo! Vrlo lagano se ulazi u objekt, sve upute dobivene unaprijed. Soba je čista, moderna i lijepa. Topla preporuka! Vratili bismo se sigurno!

Très bon emplacement confortable à cinq minutes à pied de la gare et du centre-ville.

Le calme du quartier, l’emplacement proche de la gare et du centre ville. Tout se fait à pied sans problème. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un bar à deux minutes à pied avec un bon choix de salé et sucré. Parking possible dans les rues à proximité, à un euro de l’heure de 08h à 20h. Soit 12€ par jour.

Pas de possibilité d’utiliser le coffre fort faute de piles lors de notre séjour. À savoir que le ménage n’a pas été fait tous les jours une fois sur trois jours. Quelques difficultés pour rentrer dans l’immeuble et pour récupérer les clés à notre arrivée, vite résolues, en appelant le responsable par téléphone.

i prezzi esorbitanti per una stanza molto piccola, la zona non tra le migliori, il bagno fuori dalla stanza davanti alla camera di altri ospiti, molta poca privacy tra una stanza e l’altra

Modern luftig rum. Nära tågstationen. Egen balkong. Stort rum. Bekvämt säng. Modern kök. Mycket rent. Welcomedrink med Prosecco var en positiv överraskning. Ett litet affär var nära hotellet.

Ingenstans att hänga eller torka hand-/baddukar eller kläder i badrummet. Vore bra med lite mjölk till kaffe och bestick i köket samt mikrovågsugn vilka är relativt små saker. Allt annat var mycket bra!

Emplacement près de la gare. Possibilité de se garer à côté même si le Parking est payant. Chambre spacieux bien décoré avec la climatisation.

Légèrement bruyant la journée au niveau insonorisation mais dans la nuit c’est calme.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Struttura nuova, camera bellissima, moderna e accogliente e soprattutto pulitissima. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le cinque terre comodamente via treno. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando capiterò in zona.

Soggiorno indimenticabile

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per due notti. La posizione, a due passi dalla stazione è ottima. La camera risulta pulita e profumata, molto accogliente e ben curata anche nei graziosissimi particolari. Il bagno è provvisto di tutti i confort, il set di cortesia è completo di tutto. La comunicazione è stata chiara. Hanno risposto in tempi brevissimi ad ogni nostro dubbio o richiesta dandoci la possibilità di occupare un pò prima la stanza o di depositare i bagagli. Siamo stati accolti dalle simpaticissime signore che riordinavano le stanze e che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Insomma, se il nostro viaggio è stato favoloso è anche per merito vostro. Grazie...e continuate così!!
