A few minutes from the train station,nice and renovated place,nice staff

We couldn't board the previous two trains as they were full.As a result we had to arrive at 22:00 in la Spezia and we were informed that we had to pay 30€ extra upon our arrival.There should also be some space to hang our swimming suits cause after going to the beach it was necessary.

The apartment is good for a short stay if the Wifi would be working.

The location is perfect to explore Cinque Terre via train. The check in was easy going. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We were very grateful for the air conditioning :)

Unfortunately I have to mention a few things: - The WiFi didn’t work, also after contacting the owner. - A shower door was missing - Too less toilet paper

Nice, clean, comfortable, well situated 5 min walk from train station and 20 min walk to port.

Quiet room, air condition, clean bathroom, tea making facility, bakery across the street. Easy to find when walking from train station. Helpfull and kind owners. Traveled alone with my daughter and felt very good and safe. Recommend this accomodation for trips to cinqueterre.

Well located and clean. Watch out at night.

it’s very well located. three blocks west of it you can find free parking. a few blocks east are the old town and central station. downstairs there’s a great bakery and a bar for a tradicional Italian coffee. The host was very friendly.

unfortunately the location at night is very shady. for some reason a lot of drunks and shady looking characters just hang out right in front of the building door after sunset. i wouldn’t recommended for women to walk around alone there. even the owner of the bar talked to me one morning that he’s annoyed by this crowd that scares his costumers. looks like a drug dealing point.

Room was clean with newer updates. A/c, with elevator. Easy walk from train and main town. Location was noisy, including noise/music from within building, next to busy road, at night felt unsafe. Value for what we paid.

location was really good. 4 mins from La Spezia Centrale train station and city center is 5 mins walk. Was clean and comfortable

sound isolation of the room was not good , we suffered from the noise of the water flow from our neighbor’s bathroom, the sound was just above my head.

Be careful if the host doesn't respond with the instructions to check-in to receive the keys

I did not received a check-in message. The cleaning lady was very nice and allowed us to leave the suitcases. The telephone number is the email was not in service to get in contact with the host. We had to wait outside the building for hours until another guest, who was leaving the building, gave the phone number to contact the host to come to open the building/apartment. This took several hours...

Great location near to the railway station, to the center, the port and to the free parking lot. Nice room, not too big but everything was new, clean and organized, good conditioned air, nice bathroom.

The elevator zone has a strange smell but for one minute is nothing to worry about it. Everything else was very good.

alles tiptiop und so wie ich es erwartet habe. es ist nicht ganz im stadtzentrum aber man kann 10min in die innenstadt laufen oder einen bus überallhin nehmen. es ist keine gefährliche gegend!! hört nicht auf diese kommentare

Séjour agréable

La chambre est bien équipée (tasses, verres, couverts, réfrigérateur et télévision) Proche de la gare ! Logement propre de manière générale. Parfait pour 1 ou 2 jours pour visiter les Cinque Terre !

Nous avons du attendre dehors l'arrivée de la propriétaire, qui ne nous avait pas prévenu des modalités du check-in. Le quartier n'est pas bien fréquenté. La dame qui nous à accueilli était très gentille, mais ne parlait clairement pas anglais ! Le balais n'avait pas été passé sous le lit.

La qualité du ménage à notre arrivée.

Isolation phonique médiocre, nous n’avons absolument pas pu dormir de tout notre séjour, la literie gratait, nous avions une bouilloire pleine de calcaire et sans tasses à disposition, une télécommande qui ne fonctionnait pas , une wifi qui ne captait rien, dans un quartier où l’insécurité règne etc. De plus, nous avons souhaité annuler notre réservation car nous pensions qu’il s’agissait d’un hôtel et non d’une chambre d’hôte , ce à quoi nous n’avons eu aucune prise en considération de notre demande, le gérant qui ne répond pas et refuse toute compréhension.
