Good place to stay for explore the Cinque Terre

Point fort : très proche de la gare à pieds

Le petit déjeuner est bien copieux et servi par une dame très souriante et accueillante même à des horaires matinaux La proximité de la gare et du centre ville. Le port n est pas loin mais il faut marcher au moins 30 minutes

Le stationnement payant de mon véhicule : il se fait dans la cour de l enceinte certes fermée et donc sécurisée. Cependant les activités de ballons :; volley ball etc.. proposées aux jeunes du quartier en fin d après midi jusqu à 19 heures, même sous la surveillance d adultes, dans cette même cour et donc très très proches de mon véhicule m'ont effrayée pour la carrosserie de ma voiture! Donc je mets en garde les personnes qui voudraient bénéficier de ce stationnement ...

Très bien

Très bon séjour trop court dans cette établissement.Nous avons été accueillis par un jeune Français très serviable. La chambre est spacieuse avec très belle vue. Petit déjeuner complet avec fruit, yaourt, jus de fruit, gâteau etc le tout servi avec le sourire. Nous étions en train mais il y a possibilité de se garer dans la cour fermée de l établissement pour 10€ par jour. Nous reviendrons….

Choix idéal pour visiter les cinq terre

L’emplacement est idéal, près de la gare pour visiter les cinq terre. Mieux atypique oú le temps semble s’être arrêté. Nous avions une grande chambre au 4e étage avec kitchenette. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés ,servi avec le sourire.

Super Aufenthalt in La Spezia

Unglaublich nettes Personal beim Empfang, schlichte und einfache Zimmer, aber sauber und geräumig. Frühstück eher einfach, aber auch mit netter Bedienung. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter

Perfect for family budget, everything on walking distancee, train station and restaurants.

Although the room was simple, was exactly what we need to have it a pleasent stay. Airco, very important as that week was doing almost 38 degree celsius. Confortable beds, showes and also included a free breakfast ( simple, but good enough for some bread, coffee and start the day). On top of that parking for car was extremelly useful! We parked the car for 3-4 days and didn't take it out ( all on walking distantce, train station and restaurants)

The bedroom was kind of smelly ( not sure because was too hot and water was evaporating from sewer or it's always lke that). Something we could stand and we didn't like much.

Exceptionnellement bien accueilli (merci à Giovanni, hôte remarquable) Endroit très atypique le temps semble y être suspendu, pourrait faire penser à un ancien monastère… Chambres très très correctes, avec salle de bain, bien optimisées et avec charme de la terrasse Très bonne localisation, à 10 min à pied de la gare et dans un quartier résidentiel et calme

L'endroit idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terres à partir de La Spézia

L'implantation situé en centre-ville mais un peu en retrait (juste avant la ZTL !) avec le parking sécurisé à l'intérieur de l'établissement + La possibilité de tout faire à pied (accès au port pour le bateau vers les Cinque Terres, proximité des restaurants, proximité de la gare) + La gentillesse du personnel + Les services sur place (laverie, ...).

Die Lage war extrem gut. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof. Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche, mit großen Kühlschrank, wo man seine eigenen Getränke oder Obst reingeben konnte!

Buona sistemazione nel centro di La Spezia. Comodo anche il parcheggio nel cortile interno (a pagamento su prenotazione). Personale gentile e colazione buona.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur accueil. L’emplacement et le bâtiment. Un séjour pas comme les autres et surtout nous avons adoré la petite histoire qui est derrière ce projet de location. Une chambre super propre avec une superbe literie.

Etablissement bien placé mais trop bruyant la nuit.

Etablissement très bien situé à 5 mns à pieds de la gare et 5 mns à pieds du centre ville. Chambre grande et propre, petit déjeuner riche et varié.

Etablissement très vieux avec des murs épais comme du carton. Très, voire trop bruyant, surtout quand la télévision de la chambre d'à côté ou du dessus est allumée à un niveau important pour calmer une gamine de 2 ans qui ne dort pas.

El chico muy amable y atento. Situado certa de la estacion de tren. La terraza superior donde estaba nuestro apartamento era muy luminosa y espaciosa.

Problemas en la instal.lacion de luz que nos impidió normalidad el primer dia y noche. Después lo resolvieron.

L’emplacement

Le petit déjeuner est pauvre, très peu de choses. Un seul serveur pour toute la salle !! Les chambres sont anciennes et nécessitent un rafraîchissement. Situé au 4e étage, il y a un seul ascenseur, plusieurs minutes d’attente avant que l’ascenseur arrive. J’ai payé pour 4 lits. Le 4eme lit était un lit d’appoint inconfortable pour mon enfant.
