The location is great and easily accessible from the main train station. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. Good value for money.

Thank you for your hospitality, especially the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff. Every morning I looked forward to breakfast — it was the perfect start to the day. I explored Cinque Terre, La Spezia, and Viareggio, and when I came back to my room, the room was fresh as new. Thank you for the care you show your guests.

The staff were very welcoming, explaining access through the property and information on the area.
The room was clean and comfortable.
There was a kettle in the room with cups and tea.
When booking I wasn't aware there was a shared kitchen available too with fridges so that was a bonus.
