Once we found it it was perfectly located for our stay .
Honestly nothing - it was our first time staying in a serviced room and we were very pleasantly surprised.

Me and my spouse had everything we needed. Nespresso machine and electric kettle, parapet type of AC, below the counter - it will not push cold air directly into your head, comfy bed, fridge. Nearest markets offer whatever you like. Railway station is about 15 min walking distance. Room was nice and clean.
Mosquitoes... Loads of them. This has nothing to do with room or establishment... but putting some kind of mosquito net would help a lot.
