The staff, the location, the events they held at the hostel(aperitivo, pasta night), they could tell you everything if you needed help or tips. Felt more personal here than other hostels, they know your names and ask how you are and are always ready to help or talk to you.

Maybe more bathrooms?

This has been the best stay of my trip. Made incredible friends. The vibes were perfect. The staff is incredible, super kind and generous with their time. Cat and Gaia were amazing, very welcoming, and I loved hanging out with them. Andrea, the owner, even brought us a bottle of wine when we were all hanging out. Beds are very soft, slept like a baby every night. Tons of free pesto pasta. Literally everything I needed, they had. No complaints. I was here for Cinque Terre but that ended up being secondary. Friends I made here were the real fun!

There’s nothing wrong with this place in my opinion. Maybe one automatic light in the hallway that can be annoying. This is really grasping at straws though.

Super friendly hostel and I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff are all super lovely and provided plenty of local tips and places to see other than just Cinque Terre. They even made pesto pasta on the Saturday night for everyone, which was super cute and wholesome. The room itself was super clean and exactly as per the pictures.

I was on a top bunk which unfortunately don't have curtains. It was a little frustrating when a not so considerate room mate turned the light on at 5 am to 'pack their bag'.
