Although the owner was very kind and nice, it was an overpay for what the location provided.

If you like eating a rich breakfast in the morning, then you need to go to the supermarket to get what you need. If you are just a coffee-in-the-morning person, them the property provides it for you and it is a decent one. The location was a bit far both from the train station or the city center. If you don’t have a car, it it not impossible to manage but way more difficult.

The pillows were rather uncomfortable. Besides the breakfast and the location, it was a bit expensive for what it provided.

Perched on the top of the hills, the view of the bay was excellent from the rooms.. the accommodation is regularly cleaned and arranged.. very kind and nice hostess who gave us excellent recommendations regarding the surrounding areas, restaurants, maps and things to do..

The bed was noisy.. the breakfast was only croissant, lots of biscuits, juice with different varieties of jams, Nutella, honey...

Beautiful view from the room, clean and comfortable apartment. The host gave us maps, told us what to see and how to get there. The host was also available all the time to help us in any matter which was very nice :)

we had a great room with doors that opened to our terrace where it is lovely to have breakfast and take in the panoramic view of La Spezia harbour. The room is modern and comfortable. Daniela has so much information and goes out of her way to help she is a super host.

The apartament was excellent and the view was awesome. We enjoyed our breakfast in the terrace overlooking the port. The host and her family were very nice - she let us check in earlier and leave our luggage and her husband even gave us a lift to the centre. The apartament was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Excellent choice of a base for the Cinque Terre tour

Excellent location for visiting Cinque Terre. The host was extremely kind and gave us valuable information, as a result we have visited a place we did not knew before. It is Porto Venere (very beautiful place) at 12km from the location. Apartment was very clean and having a nice view over La Spezia port. Beds were very comfortable.

Daniela is fantastic. Good info’s about La Spezia. Rooms and bathrooms very very clean. Good size of room The view from the room and balcony is amazing and relaxing. If it was not raining, would definetly spent more time for drinking vine or cofee there

WiFi is unfunctional. Exists but poor signal and not possible to use. Breackfast is very poor. Could be better with musli and cereals with milk, with some fresh bread instead just 1 small croisant… we bought some bread, prsuto, cheese, tomato and olives by ourselves to improve. When you come in this kind of italian property, you want to feel real home italian atmosphere. But if you dont mind for breackfast, all others is just superb👍

We loved our stay!

The property has a nice view of the city! And the sunrise! The room is very clean. The location is about 30 minutes walk from the La Spezia Central Station, slightly uphill but not a problem to those who love walking. Free parking on the street.There's a nearby bus stop. The location is also near the Piazza D'Armi ( about 10 minutes walk to the train station) where you can park your car for free but you must go early .Daniela, the host is very nice and helpful, dont hesitate to ask her anything!

The view was perfect. Cleanliness was good. Comfortable stay and friendly host.

Very strange that a copy of full front and backside of your ID should be sent to the polic taken by the host! Location was too far from central station and surprisingly no bus on Sunday! Finding the location was not easy and there was not enough information about that in advance. Going by foot took more than 2 times to what was told by the host. Breakfast could be better.

Really great place

Daniela is a great host: very walm welcome, space for the car, a lot of information about what to do around La Spezia. If you need something the communication is easy via whatsapp.

It’s a great location if you have a car. The view is amazing if you have breakfast o a beer at night on the terrace. Without a car I think it’s a bit far to walk to the center.

La vista desde la habitación y el balcón, insuperables!! El desayuno auto servicio pero muy completo! Danielle la anfitriona, súper atenta, cuando llegamos nos explicó todo sobre el alojamiento pero también nos dio valiosas recomendaciones y con mucha simpatía! Estamos felices de habernos quedado aquí! Sin dudas volveremos!!

Todo fue perfecto. La atención de Daniela fue impecable, muy cálida, realmente te hace sentir bienvenido desde el momento uno. Nos dió explicaciones detalladas de como transportarnos, que horarios se usan allí, dónde comer, etc. Hasta se ofreció a llevarnos a donde teníamos que ir por qué llegabamos tarde. Tiene una mesita en el balcón para que puedas desayunar con vista a la Spezia. La cama super cómoda y todo extremadamente limpio.

Daniela ; une joie de vivre transmissible. Merci de ses bons conseils et explications sur la ville et les visites aux alentours. Une très belle vue de la terrasse où nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner. Facilité de se garer dans la rue. Bien que séparée la salle de bain est individuelle, donc aucune gêne.

Bien mais pas plus. c’est une belle option pour visiter les cinq terres à partir de la Spezia à moindre coût.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Daniela, elle nous a même attendus jusqu’à 19 heures le jour de notre arrivée. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue . Belle vue sur la ville de la Spezia.

Il faut savoir que l’établissement est situé à 40 minutes de marche de la gare de train. Il y a bien des autobus, mais ils ne sont pas réguliers et fiables. Aussi, le déjeuner est pitoyable. Pourtant il y a une grande salle où on pourrait y servir quelque chose d’intéressant.
