Jól felszerelt, szép, tiszta szoba fürdőszobával, légkondival, ami a kánikulában nagyon fontos volt. Daniela nagyon kedves volt, hasznos és részletes javaslatokat adott a Cinque Terre és a környék felfedezésére. Kérésünkre napernyőt is kaptunk a strandra. A reggeli előre bekészített croissant, lekvár, vaj, alap kontinentális reggeli, kávé, gyümölcslé. Parkolási lehetőség ingyenesen az utcában. Jó szívvel ajánlom a szállást, közel van a belvároshoz is, innen viszont gyönyörű a kilátás.

Muy bonito, le sacó partido a todo. Zona muy tranquila con unas vistas increíbles. Pero sin duda lo mejor es Daniela: amable, servicial, dispuesta a ayudar en todo, siempre pendiente. Lei è un amore ❤️
Los techos! Estuvimos en la planta superior y no se cuantas veces nos dimos golpes con las bigas 🤣🤣 la bañera es grande pero ducharse de pie si eres alta es complicado y al no tener cortina/mampara sale mucha agua.
La ubicación es alejada: hay que coger bus (horario limitado) o taxi porque esta en una colina (escaleras…) y lejos del centro. Aunque un taxi desde la stazione centrale costaba 10€ (sin equipaje)

The apartment was private and very well set up. Super clean, and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The view of the bay from the balcony in front is marvelous - we had sunny days, and could enjoy breakfast outdoors overlooking the bay and city.
The apartment is somewhat outside of La Spezia, on a hillside overlooking the bay. Very secluded, and only one nearby restaurant (very good one, though!). Would have liked more eating choices in the area.

Location, Views and the host were all top notch! Daniella made sure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful.
Probably the fact that some of the areas inside the unit had low ceilings and we all banged our heads a few times when putting our devices on charge and getting up from bed quickly? We soon adjusted and moved our charging stations away from those corners so all easily fixed but doesn’t affect the rating of property. The host’s warm personality makes up for that.
