Everything was amazing. The host, the cleanliness, the interior, spaciousness, the kitchen with all the equipment and coffee, tea, jam, etc. Location is also great, 5 min walk away from the train station and the supermarket. The host helps you with the day trip information and restaurant recommendations as well!
I should also say, there were no mosquitos inside, even with the windows open!
During our stay my mom had a birthday and the host put a bottle of wine in our fridge, which was super sweet and thoughtful!
Honestly, I would have given it 10/10 but my issue was the placement of the air conditioner. It is installed directly in front of the bed. There was a thick blanket for that also, which is nice. For some people it might be okay to leave it on at night but I was afraid that during my sleep I’d take the blanket off my head and the AC would blow directly onto my head and catch cold. Due to that reason I had to leave it off and have windows open at night (there are no nets, but thankfully there were no mosquitoes either) but there was 0 breeze coming from the window and I had been boiling in sweat both nights.
Maybe other rooms are better in that sense but honestly, despite all the other good things, I wouldn’t come back here in summer heat… Unless there is a cooling fan added to the room as another option as well.

The location is amazing! It’s a five minute walk from the train station, with a bus stop right across the street, allowing easy access all around town. The staff was communicative and accommodating. It felt more like a true B&B experience than a hotel!

Very good and friendly communication with the hosts. Everything was explained to us upon check-in. We were given a room with comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and a handy refrigerator for chilling water. The room was cleaned daily. We had access to a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, microwave, and large refrigerator. Nearby were shops and cafes where you could have breakfast or grab a takeaway. It was very close to the train station, from where you could explore the Cinque Terre region. We highly recommend it. We lacked for nothing. Best regards, Paulo and Stefano
