Convenient, clean, accessible. I felt safe and could easily navigate the city.

Very good and friendly communication with the hosts. Everything was explained to us upon check-in. We were given a room with comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and a handy refrigerator for chilling water. The room was cleaned daily. We had access to a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, microwave, and large refrigerator. Nearby were shops and cafes where you could have breakfast or grab a takeaway. It was very close to the train station, from where you could explore the Cinque Terre region. We highly recommend it. We lacked for nothing. Best regards, Paulo and Stefano

Perfect stay & location

Its always good to meet great host & perfect stay. He was very helpful to receive us & help us to park our car & always available to help us. Its a clean room for stay of 3 person with super clean & don’t forget to thanks for air conditioning in Italy heat. Kitchen was shared though again its having all the things to have your small dinner or bf.( kithcn hv refrigerator/ utensils/ microwave) Room is at very prime location. 5 mins walk from railway station & 10 mins walk from main market.

Nothing bad but there is always a room for do better. 1. Host can provide 2 key for electricity socket. 2. One small induction stove in kitchen can make kitchen complete.

I booked this place last minute as my accomodation had fallen through elsewhere. The property is located very close to the train station such that you can hear the trains (black-out/sound proof shutters do reduce the noise). I did not explore much of La Spezia but it appeared to be conveniently located to the centre. I contacted the owner who allowed me to leave my bags prior to check in which was most helpful. My initial impression of the property was it was a little dodgy, but this would later prove to be incorrect. There’s an old lift and strange communal area with a kitchenette (no oven or stove) and a table with a comically large selection of brochures all the while clean and orderly. Upon my return from a day of hiking I found my room to be exceptionally clean. At this point in my trip I had also stayed at a hotel with daily cleaning services that couldn’t compete with Le Tre Spezie. I used the kitchen to make a salad and had all the utensils I needed. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner very effective. The bathroom facilitates were modern.

It did not bother me but perhaps the noises of from the train may disturb a light sleeper.

It's great if you're just wanting to stay one or two nights, the place was very clean. The owner is very friendly and helped us find a free parking spot and carried our bags to the room! They leave coffee, tea, and an Italian breakfast of crackers, dry toast, and jam to have in the morning. In a shared, spotless kitchen. So close to the train station if you're visiting the cinque terra.

It's very dark, with no natural light, because the blinds cover the windows. You can open them but it's not the easiest. Also if one of you wants to leave and take the key to get back into the apartment, you need to take a key that turns off all the lights so the other person is left in the darkness. Also, the apartment is quite cold and they have an air conditioner that blows in heat, which I would rather be cold than turn that on.

Perfect place

The location was perfect for thecstation and for reaching the main shopping area. The room was very nicely done, light and airy. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet being so close to.busy road and station. Lovely comfortable bed.

We had a little problem understanding the heater but solved this with the help.ofbthe owner. No other problems at all.

Perfect B&B to visit Cinque Terre

Everything was perfect. The room was big, the bed confortable and the bathroom completely new. It is a very convenient B&B really closed to the train station, which makes it perfect if you are visiting Cinque Terre.

Awesome stay! Definitely recommend!

Everything was great about this place. The rooms are really beautiful, comfortable and modern. The wifi works alright, the room was overall quiet, even though the streets outside were pretty noisy and the mattress was comfortable (although they were really short beds and we are not tall people). We arrived by car and even though there is no parking available, Stefano "reserved" a spot for us in a street nearby where it's possible to park for free. It's also close to the train station, which is perfect to visit Cinque Terre and it's like 10 minutes away on foot to the centre where you can find a lot of restaurants. There is also a small/common area kitchen available with a fridge where you can store some food and drink coffee.

The beds were a bit short so your feet can reach the end of the bed and we are not tall people, so it might be a bit uncomfortable for taller people. Also, even though they help you find a parking spot at your arrival, we later had to move our car because they were works coming up and it was not that easy to find a spot in the evening (in the free parking area).

In this apartments it is not possible to cook, there is small kitchen which is suitable only for "light" food cooking. Only for tea/coffee. This kitchen shared with three apartments.

Nice guesthouse for visiting Cinque Terre!

- Staff was very friendly. We arrived around the time the match of the Euro2020 finals between England and Italy started. The guy who checked us in was obviously super excited to go and see the game, but still took his time to give us all the necessary information. We really appreciated this! They also found us a free parking spot. - The room was very clean and cleaned daily. - The location was perfect to visit Cinque Terre by train, as well as to reach the center of La Spezia by foot.

- For late check-in we had to pay an additional 20 euros. This was discussed with us beforehand.
