Clean and well kept property. Close to train station and short walk to pedestrian shopping / restaurant area. Very nice manager, good communication and prompt replies to inquiries.

Wouldn’t recommend staying at this property at any price really

Good location to walk from and to train station and good location to walk into centre for bars and restaurants. Lift to all floors. Large enough bedroom. Bed and pillows comfortable. Had a kettle which was great, but it did leak.

Area felt a bit rough, but we were ok didn’t have any problems. Shower was dirty had grime around the bottom of the doors where dirt accumulates. Husband cleaned out the shower plug hole as full of hair. Floor didn’t feel clean when walking bear foot. Very over priced for the standard of accommodation we got, it needs to be at least half the price or less. Very disappointing.

Close proximity to the train station. Decent size room amd bathroom. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent.

The only issue I had was the Wifi connection wasn't great. It would have been nice to meet the owner/staff, unfortunately we missed each other, but they were very quick to respond to my messages and gave very clear information for a stress free self check-in.

The room was functional, clean and was serviced daily. Security was very good at this Guest House.

The location was fairly convenient to central La Spezia. Location was close to the central train station.

I felt the room didn't allow for easy access to open your luggage. The luggage rack was too small to be of any use. The bathroom could use a few hooks for towels. I did like being able to use the dryer bars in the bathroom even though it was September and other hotels we stayed in did not have that option. It did not have the option of Do Not Disturb door hanger.

Totally recomend the place

The location is in the center, with restaurants and train station within 10 min of walking. The free parking of the city is a 5 min walk away. I left my car there for 3 nights and nothing bad happened - the parking always had cars in it, day and night. Also, great hosts who provided great recommendations in terms of restaurants and things to do/see in Cinque Terre and in Spezia

The only complaint is that the wifi did not reach our room

Close to train station, easy to make your way to Cinque Terre. Clean and quiet accommodation. Giulia was very helpful accommodating my early check in and also giving plenty of information on things to do and how to get around.

Very classical

The host was welcoming, but she has a very loud voice, like most Italians. She also indicated how I could visit the "Cinque Terre" which was useful. The guest house was very close to the railway station.

Other customer reviews indicated that breakfast was in a bar nearby. When I asked the host about breakfast, she simply said it wasn't provided. I had to ask if there was a bar which there was, but it would be at my own expense. I find it ridiculous to have guests pay for their own breakfast, even if it's in a bar closeby. At least, there were tea/coffee in the room with a kettle.

A hidden jewel for a short stay

The location that is quite central for us that intended to visit cinque terre, near the port (10 minutes of walk), the room was okay, soundproofed, clean and seems to be new restructured. They have hair dryer in the bathroom and clean the room as well (which I didn't expect it 👍🏾👍🏾)

The impression of the apartment which is located in a Latin quartier that make it seems to be like a bad neighborhood but I can assure you that the people are nice and the place is safe. I didn't like the fact of the difficulty to find a free parking spot, but luckily Julia is very helpful in giving directions where to park.

Staff never around even when we confirmed our arrival time the day before so checking in was a long and stressful process! Wifi didn’t work well Parking isn’t near the property and was full so had to use the paid parking Expensive for what you get

We enjoyed our stay at La Branda Brin and found the guest house to be good value for money.

The location was close to the train station with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket. Francesco was very helpful providing information for all of the preceding places. The room was clean, the lift was very convenient for our luggage, the air-conditioning was excellent and used extensively through a heatwave and we heard little outside noise. Also, access to the building was made easy with the codes sent to you prior to arrival.

The wi-fi was not dependable.
