Very clean, has everything to make one’s stay comfortable and not far away from the city center.

Being in the city, there were meeting places nearby that could be very loud at night. But this has nothing to do with the property itself.

We spent quite nice time, felt like at home.

Really close to train station and bus stations. Room is super clean and smelling really nice. Bathroom is new and you have all stuffs what you need. Balcony is cute as well which we could sunbathing in the morning. Host is super kind and friendly.

Clean, Safe, Convenient!

The location was perfect - close to everything and very convenient. 3 blocks away is the train station. The place was EXTREMELY clean. The shower was clean, good water pressure & Hot water if you wanted it! It was very quiet considering the rooms are very close together. Would absolutely stay here again (with less luggage). The woman who runs this place is GREAT! She helped me carry my suitcase on the day of checkout.

The only thing that was challenging for me was this location is a 5 floor walk up. Normally this would not be an issue, but I was traveling the previous weeks for work and I had a VERY heavy, large, awkward suitcase. I didn't read anywhere this was a walk up.

Great stay and lovely host

The room was spotless and everything in the room was lovely. Ideal place to base oneself to explore the Cinque Terre villages. The train station is very close and the shopping/restaurant area is also within walking distance.

The stairs can be a bit of a challenge after a day of hiking but it’s a minor consideration when looking at the whole package

The room and location was good. The hauling of a suitcase was a hassle. Great for people backpacking.

It was clean and cute. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. A/C worked.

It was a Fourth floor walk up. So you had to haul your luggage up 8 flights of steps. I don’t remember reading that anywhere. I also thought I booked a hotel but it was a hotel room run like an Air BNB. I never saw a person- just entered codes and got the key.

Perfect location for the train station

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and looked very modern. The owners were very nice and accommodating and let us drop off our luggage before check in time. The mini fridge and the amount of storage space were very welcome, and the apartment is a literal 5 minutes walk from the train station - perfect if you are visiting the Cinque Terre. It is a little far from the lungomare (around 30 minutes walking), but this is still within easy reach if you don't mind walking. There are lots of restaurants and bars within a 15-20minute walk radius.

This is not something the owners can help, but the area is a little noisy at night. The blinds and windows provide some noise insulation and we still slept well. Whilst the centre of La Spezia where the restaurants are located is absolutely fine, and we felt very safe inside the apartment, female travellers may feel uncomfortable being out alone after dark in the surrounding streets. Another thing to keep in mind is the apartment is on the 4th floor, with no lift. Affittacamere Elvi 2 is on the second floor, so if stairs are an issue I would recommend staying there instead - same owners and, I would expect, same quality.

It's a good stay for a few days if young people visit Cinque Terre

Good location, clean and comfortable

no elevator, it is not convenient for seniors and big luggae if someone has. Especially, entering the room needs so many steps and code or passwords. We felt playing a room escape game when we arrive at night time.

Ideal location for visiting Cinque Terre by train

The location of the apartment building is very convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre by train, only 5 minutes walking to the train station. The host was very friendly and provided us with suggestions for free car parking, ‘Parcheggio Piazza D’Armi’.

As our room was located at the front side of the building, it was not that quite during the night, but then again, La Spezia is a very busy town and the buildings are not the newest, so that’s what one could expect.

A perfect place to stay if it’s just a night (or two).

it was perfectly situated for our one night stay in La Spezia. A great jump off point for Cinque Terre. Close to train station and to the busy Main Street where we found a good place to enjoy a pizza. Very clean and easy to access. Bed was very comfortable.

Nothing, but a little kitchenette would have been nice.

First of all the Guesthouse is 8-10 mins walk from station which save a lot of hustle & time. Secondly host Desichra is awesome She not only allowed us to check in early but on last hour request allowed to check out late by 1 hr.

Another side of Italy which is fantastic.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and caring. If we ever come back, we will choose the same place to stay. It’s very close to train station and you can literally jump to any direction.

It’s not about the property but it’s the neighborhood. It was bit noisy during the night but this is how the whole city is. After few travels in Cinque Terre, you’ll sleep like babies.

Probably the most clean place I ever stayed

Everything was VERY clean and Deshira was a lovely and a very nice host that explained things very well and gave us good recommendations. We ate at Bella Napoli twice as suggested and it was only 2 mins from the property. Again a very clean place with good amenities. As other reviews stated, remember this is on the 4th floor with lots of steps and no lift, so you need to be able to walk up there, but it was worth it! We had a beautiful balcony too!
