We loved the room and the location. The room was clean and quite comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring.
Good breakfast. We also really appreciated that they prepared a breakfast to go for us when we couldn't eat there.
The shower cabin was too small, and the room windows were not well insulated, so we could hear the street noise.

The price is fair for what you get. Clean room and nice people. !
The breakfast a little too much sweet for my taste. Thank you

Breakfast was good and included. Staff were friendly and even helped haul luggage without asking for a tip. Location is walking distance to train station. Ac worked.
Power kept going out when running ac in all units and we kept having to flip back the circuit breaker. Not too surprising in Italy though.

Close to Train Station
Breakfast was mostly bread, emails for assistance were not returned, only one bath towel was supplied for two people for a 5 day stay. It took three visits to restaurant/guesthouse check-in to get another towel
