We enjoyed our stay here — everything was as expected, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The building doesn’t have an elevator, and the apartments are on the second floor.

2 nights in a palazzo

Very clean, nice, newly renovated apartment in a Palazzo. 3 min from train station, 15 min walk down the road to city center. 2 separate bedrooms, new bathroom, even a washing machine with washing product is available. Great coffee and croissant at the tabaco at the corner.

Little small kitchen for five, but we did not cook, but went out. You need to know it is Blue Parking area (paying) in the street, but not too expensive. we could even park directly in front of the apartment. So nothing actually which we did not like.

Decent place with good location to explore

Great location, 5 minutes from La Spezzia train station from where you start exploring Cinnque Terre. Parking somwhere near the building is a plus. Parking is not included in the price, you can pay it trough EasyPark app. Charming flat. Nice conversation with owner trough whatsup.

Price is perhaps a little high, but ad the end everything was ok.

Una piacevole sorpresa e una comoda posizione.

Casa molto ampia. Tutto nuovo e soprattutto ottima pulizia. Ben fornita di vari confort, tra cui la lavastoviglie. Il personale molto disponibile su tutto e soprattutto appena arrivati nel cercare di risolvere un inconveniente con il condizionatore. Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi la stazione dove prendere il treno per visitare le 5 terre o per raggiungere sempre a piedi zone vivaci della città dove mangiare o bere qualcosa.

Es war sehr sauber und die Dame sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war recht groß und voll ausgestattet, es gab Kaffee, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und genug Besteck. Außerdem war es sehr liebevoll eingerichtet

Bon hébergement en général.

Appartement neuf, propre et très bien équipé. La proximité de la gare. Café, thé, épices pour cuisine sont à disposition.

On a logé dans l'appartement- Iris et on entendait bien le bruit des gens. Je ne sais pas si ca venait de la rue ou des voisins. Mais ca peut-être gênant si on est tombé sur les gens bruyants.
